  • Innovative mindset with current knowledge of digital design trends
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in prototyping, Microsoft Office and Teams

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $73,300 to $137,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $88,000 to $155,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

About this role:

The Branch Complex Director role will lead branch(es) within a market of Wells Fargo Advisors. This role is responsible for building an environment that fosters significant and sustained organic and inorganic growth. Organic growth by coaching and providing programs for our existing Financial Advisors focused on new client acquisition; deepening the existing client relationships by taking advantage of the entire set of solutions; and by coaching to a process for Advisors and their teams to provide outstanding client service and care. The Branch Complex Director will build trust and relationships with the entire branch structure including Financial Advisors, Client Associates, Governance and Support professionals and the market leader, as well as building trust and relationships with the communities in which the branches are located. The Branch Complex Director has accountability and ownership of all activity in support of the team and the client and will direct day to day workflow, escalate both service and risk issues as they arise, ensure the entire branch is working together to care for clients. This role will be responsible for the P&L and expense management of the branches in their complex. The Branch Complex Director will partner with other managers in the market and with the market leader to ensure that the entire market is growing both organically and inorganically.

In this role, you will:

  • US only: Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 9, 10, and 63 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration. Series 24 is required if Series 9 and 10 examinations are not held.

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related discipline or equivalent work experience as an Art Director
  • Eight-plus years of related art direction and design experience
  • Creative digital portfolio demonstrating outstanding conceptual thinking and design skills with examples of social and paid media campaigns that have launched within the last 5 years
  • Advanced creative conceptual design skills and the ability to critique colleagues’ concepts
  • Ability to drive development of creative briefs, storyboards and to sell clients on your design and persuade them to follow your design direction
  • Innovative mindset with current knowledge of digital design trends
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in prototyping, Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Experience in successfully leading creative project teams and individuals in implementing project vision, concept and design of deliverables in various platforms and media; reviewing work, troubleshooting and providing feedback
  • Experience in successfully mentoring and coaching creatives in developing conceptual skills, including critiquing design projects and providing constructive feedback in a virtual environment
  • Experience working and mentoring in a fast paced, matrixed agency or in-house team environment to develop a range of creative initiatives
  • Experience working in a virtual environment with flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement - remotely and at local EY office as required by business needs

  • Superb communication skills, active listening and diplomacy when working with internal team members and business partners
  • Advanced problem-solving skills to identify, resolve and overcome challenges
  • Experience designing for physical events with examples of experiential design in your digital portfolio

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $73,300 to $137,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $88,000 to $155,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
