Other Requirements: This is a physically demanding position that often requires extensive walking, standing for extended periods of time, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting up to 35 lbs., the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and powertools. • Conducting site assessments at various facilities to proactively prepare for the onsite installation of AWS equipment
• Installing/expanding/provisioning AWS infrastructure at the third-party premises, data center, and/or non-traditional environment
• Troubleshooting network installations & configurations and performing network testing, break/fix and/or decommissioning and solving complex problems
• Proactively identifying and implementing strategies that prevent support issues and/or further enhance the customer experience
• Conduct day-to-day business, both internally and with external customers
