WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work closely with Enterprise Data & Analytics, including dedicated squads of business systems analysts, data engineers, architects, and other technology experts, ultimately in support of Global and Geography Finance stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will:
Be open to work in Beaverton, Oregon at Nike World Headquarters
Have 5+ years of experience using Agile tools and software to manage projects and track progress
Have a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Have an excellent ability to facilitate discussions, actively listen, and clearly communicate complex information.
Be Scrum certified (Preferred)
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will do this by:
Improving the efficiency of Development teams and ensure that projects produce the intended outcome in their allotted time.
Collaborating with Product Owners to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and priorities.
Ensuring teams adhere to Scrum practices, principles, and values.
Taking a Data-Driven Approach: Monitor key performance indicators, identify potential risks, and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and drive informed decision-making.
Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
Acting as a servant leader and coach for teams, enabling them to achieve their goals.
Identifying and address any obstacles or blockers that may hinder team progress.
Implementing a culture of continuous improvement by leading retrospectives, applying Lean Six Sigma principles to isolate issues’ root causes and lead process changes.
Leading initiatives to enhance team productivity and efficiency, using metrics and feedback to drive improvements.
Fostering a collaborative and transparent environment where team members feel empowered to share ideas and insights.
Monitoring industry trends and best practices in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
