  • Set up and maintain project Integrated Engineering Database
  • Extract data and enter into database (some automated, some manual entry)
  • Issue, track, and expedite Isometrics and other Piping design deliverables
  • Update Integrated Engineering Database to capture approved scope changes (i.e. DRN’s and CN’s)
  • Maintain the following Lists
    • Piping Isometrics (ISO) List
    • Piping Line List
    • Manual Valve List
    • Specialty Items List
  • Assign / maintain Construction Work Packages and designer assignments for multi-offices
  • Support extraction of Progress Measurement / Earned Hour Reports (mid-month and end of month) and various spreadsheets and reporting
  • Coordinate with designers for issuing Isometrics and maintaining isometric files to submit to client at job completion
  • Coordinate with PAA for ISO issue

This role will provide a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for our Private Wealth Management Ohio Market Leader and one functional director. Other duties may include: collects and interprets data to produce reports; conducts special projects; coordinates meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements; and composes correspondence and other documentation as needed. Frequently uses personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, spread sheets, etc. Specific job duties vary by area.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
