  • Develop work plans to test/ evaluate strategies and insights and deliver the goals of the Transformation Office
  • Collaborate with key client stakeholders in Global Technology and the Lines of Business (LoBs) to drive delivery and achieve organizational alignment and buy-in
  • Lead and support interviews, working sessions, and presentations, driving towards business outcomes
  • Build frameworks, content, hypothesis sets, analyses, and roadmaps for solutions
  • Prioritize and manage your day to day work together with your manager and according to business needs
  • Identify potential roadblocks/ obstacles and escalate issues as needed
  • Identify implications and “so whats” of outputs, data and analysis within the team
  • Contribute to development of concise communication materials for senior management

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Consulting experience with a top-tier strategy/ management consulting firm, an internal consulting/ corporate strategy team, or a top-tier technology strategy firm in a client facing role
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written) as well as strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues as peers and achieve goals without direct control over resources
  • Knowledge and fluency in enterprise IT management concepts including organization, budgeting, talent, and risk management. Technical knowledge in cloud or IT infrastructure is helpful, but not required
  • Proven entrepreneurial drive to identify opportunities for impact and influence others to take action
  • Proven ability to structure and scope complex problems and apply a range of analytical and qualitative tools to develop solutions

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Financial services background and/ or Cloud experience is preferred, but not mandatory
