In this role, you will:

  • Provide vision and set direction for strategic cross-border and international multi-business line initiatives
  • Drive growth in revenue and the international footprint through the identification of synergies with Business Execution companywide
  • Provide thought leadership to develop and implement strategic solutions to highly complex and potentially companywide business challenges through optimization of resources
  • Analyze and develop business execution solutions to address complex international business challenges
  • Lead a team of managers to develop long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements for the purpose of operational excellence and process efficiency in order to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with and influence management regarding significant trends and issues, and recommend appropriate strategies or actions
  • Drive, manage, and support internal communications and forums to encourage and enable collaboration and cultural evolution initiatives, as required or directed by the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Overview:

  • New role reporting to Head of Corporate Properties due to increased need to centralize functions that support Admin assets in CPG.
  • Oversee all strategy around leasing (new leases and renewals), purchases for admin buildings.
  • Oversee all new office construction and major remodels. Would oversee approval of the estimate of capital investment; would deliver the approved solution and manage the financial outcome.
  • Primary interface with LOBs in management of real estate activities. Work as a team member on strategy development and oversight of the annual leasing and project plans. Maintain controls over spend and assure third party resources are used effectively and in a timely manner to support excellent execution of the multi-year plan and strategy. Manage the relationship with the third-party providers.

Pay Range

$250,000.00 - $420,000.00

The Executive Administrative Assistant II provides highly skilled, diversified, confidential, and administrative support of an executive nature to a senior executive of a Company division, performing complex and technical activities requiring considerable discretion and independent judgment. Works with persons at all levels of the company, as well as external organizations and customers and handles highly confidential materials. Facilitates management details and serves as an intermediary with important delegated administrative functions to relieve executives of administrative responsibilities and details. Education & Experience:
