Education/Certification/Experience
⦁ Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field
⦁ At least 1 year of full-time, documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
⦁ Proven record of accomplishments in this specific market toward meeting established objectives
⦁ Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, open communication, inclusivity, and openness to feedback

Full time documented business to business sales experience dependent on level as listed below. Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred. Level of the role will be commensurate to years of experience and performance criteria.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Regular travel, which may include air travel and weekend or overnight travel
The annual starting salary for this position is between $88,000 – $170,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Job Description:
The Retail Client Managers primary responsibility is to develop and manage dealer relationships for the purpose of increasing Auto & RV applications and loan production. The Retail Client Manager will prospect new clients, share the benefits of our program, and upon signing manage all aspects of the dealer's portfolio to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership is maintained. Secondary responsibilities include cross selling Merrill Edge, participating in local market leadership team activities, and working with DFS partners for referral opportunities. This position will also require working closely with underwriting and support staff to ensure all aspects of the market are appropriately managed. The position will require a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, time management skills, computer skills, and the ability to perform market analysis, forecasting, and development.

What You Will Do
• Sell Red Hat's services and solutions using the business requirements of your customers to create unique technical offerings, including focuses across AI, virtualization, automation, and containers
• Meet bookings ACV targets for Red Hat consulting, training, and technical account management offerings

About the job:
The program manager will be responsible for executing the tooling strategy and management system for the Red Hat Tech Sales Practices team. This role will align very closely to the regional and global Red Hat tech sales functions, as well as APM and Operations team. You will be responsible for leading the adoption management system: Defining metrics, target methodology, and reporting process. This includes developing reports and analyzing data sets to provide guidance to our APM and Operations team. You will be responsible for leading the strategy definition and facilitating execution around tooling to make the Tech Sales team more productive, with a focus on Red Hat Sales Cloud.. This includes preparing briefings to senior leadership, aligning stakeholders, facilitating decision-making, tracking and reporting progress, and identifying and mitigating risks.
