Description: What You’ll Do - Build a strong, motivated team capable of consistently delivering high quality results against aggressive product development targets
- Drive high standards in Safety, Quality, Innovation, Collaboration, Teamwork, and Trustworthiness
- Allocate Energy Remanufacturing technicians and associates across multiple lines and technical requirements
- Create development plans for employee growth and career progression
- Maintain and track teams KPIs
- Forecast headcount needs based on current and future programs
- Understand and determine priority with various competing program priorities
What You’ll Bring - Degree in Engineering is a plus
- 5+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment and 3+ years managing teams of people in a production environment
- Experience in process development, equipment bring-up and an understanding of small volume, high variability manufacturing
- Knowledge of 5S, lean manufacturing or 6-Sigma principles and ability to develop and maintain performance metrics
- Proficient with MS office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
- Experience selecting and developing new team members
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
