Your Experience

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location.   • You have 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
  • You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
  • You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • You have a college degree or military equivalent.
Training and Travel Requirement
  • You’ll successfully complete our Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Manager.
  • You’ll need to be able to travel as required for in-person training and meetings; some travel may be out-of-state.
This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators.
