- Field based body repair technical specialist that solves field escalations at Tesla Approved Collision Centers and Tesla Collision Centers
- Root cause body repair field issues and report findings to engineering teams
- Answer Toolbox cases, emails, and phone calls to address body shop concerns with highest level of response and attention
- Provide training and quality assurance activities to continually improve customer satisfaction
- Generate weekly reports of activities and findings
- Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools, while complying with all Tesla safety rules, guidelines, and standards
- Support with development of future Semi repair procedures and feedback
- Certificate from Vocational School in collision, or equivalent experience
- Automotive/Collision Master Technician - 10 years of Tesla or industry experience preferred
- Expert working knowledge in frame equipment, welding, riveting, metal work, diagnostic systems and estimating platforms
- High level of proficiency in written and spoken English and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other cloud applications
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision. 50% travel domestically and internationally based on business needs and capable of lifting 50 lbs. and drive a forklift
- Valid driver's license, CDL license preferred
