As a Community Specialist, you will demonstrate your passion for Apple, sales, and growing relationships with multiple partner resellers. You will create excitement and build knowledge around Apple through training and demonstrations by traveling to different stores within your community to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will be a brand ambassador responsible for influencing every aspect of the Apple experience including merchandising and brand standards.In this position, you will work 40 hours per week with occasional overtime and your work schedule will typically run Wednesday through Sunday, however we do require flexibility as this will change based on business needs. To ensure that you are reasonable proximity to your community, you will need to live within 60 miles of the job posting location. You will be required to provide your own reliable and efficient transportation.

What You’ll Do
  • Field based body repair technical specialist that solves field escalations at Tesla Approved Collision Centers and Tesla Collision Centers
  • Root cause body repair field issues and report findings to engineering teams
  • Answer Toolbox cases, emails, and phone calls to address body shop concerns with highest level of response and attention
  • Provide training and quality assurance activities to continually improve customer satisfaction
  • Generate weekly reports of activities and findings
  • Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools, while complying with all Tesla safety rules, guidelines, and standards
  • Support with development of future Semi repair procedures and feedback
What You’ll Bring
  • Certificate from Vocational School in collision, or equivalent experience
  • Automotive/Collision Master Technician - 10 years of Tesla or industry experience preferred
  • Expert working knowledge in frame equipment, welding, riveting, metal work, diagnostic systems and estimating platforms
  • High level of proficiency in written and spoken English and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other cloud applications
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision. 50% travel domestically and internationally based on business needs and capable of lifting 50 lbs. and drive a forklift
  • Valid driver's license, CDL license preferred
