This Executive Assistant role supports the Vice President, HR Business Partners and the Vice President, Total Rewards within a global automotive company. The position requires a highly discreet, professional, and adaptable individual with excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills to manage complex administrative tasks and foster relationships across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated learner eager to understand the broader HR and business functions.
The successful candidate should have exceptional communication skills – both verbally and written – complete all tasks in a timely manner, understand how to prioritize, and be a problem solver. The candidate will need to understand the Company’s global structure and will need to develop strong working relationships with other assistants, executive leaders, and operations partners. The candidate will be a valued member of the HR team and should be open to learning about the business beyond the day-to-day activities of the role, particularly across the HR Business Partner and Total Rewards functions.

We are looking for a dynamic, professional, customer-focused individual to provide support for the Head of Digital Strategy and Global eCommerce team. You will provide administrative support including calendar management, coordination and optimization of executive travel plans, preparation of materials for meetings, triage phone calls, voice mails and e-mails, and be a strategic partner to help the leaders and team work as efficiently and effectively as possible. You will be a valued member of the team and should be open to learning about the business beyond the day-to-day activities of the role. This role requires an individual who is flexible, resilient, uses good judgment, has the courage to challenge the status quo, and is always looking for ways to better the business. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, adapts to change with a positive attitude, a quick learner, and has the confidence to ask for help when needed.
This is a hybrid position in Dearborn, MI and the Executive Assistant will be onsite four days per week.
