Develop and lead E.V. engineering efforts for Recertification, Refurbishment, and Remanufacture (Re-X) with a dynamic cross functional team challenged to develop and implement high-value service solutions. Lead the development, verification and release of Service Unique Specifications, with the support of EPE/OPD. Create solutions to improve the customer experience while resolving quality concerns. Strong multitasking skills and engineering flexibility are a must, allowing for the development for new solutions as the company gains experience in the EV arena. Job is hybrid, with three days a week on-site at FEL in Dearborn. Occasional supplier visits (mostly local) will also be required.

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for providing a best-in-class experience while building and maintaining strong relationships with our enterprise customers. You will work with a diverse set of companies primarily focused on the Data Services portfolio, in partnership with our Global Data Service team. Your focus will be on meeting customer needs through our products and services to optimize their fleet operations and maximize value from our solutions.
