As a Private Banker in the U.S. Private Bank, you are responsible for advising families on building, preserving and managing their wealth. You will use your knowledge of investments, financial planning, credit and banking to both advise current clients on all aspects of their balance sheet and generate new client acquisition. You will be part of a local team and supported by an institutional platform that has the resources, specialists and intellectual capital to help you advise clients on achieving their desired goals.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients by earning trust, thoroughly understanding client needs, providing targeted advice, developing thoughtful solutions and delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Generate business results and acquire new assets, both from existing client base and new client acquisition
  • Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needs
  • Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients when needed
  • Connect your clients across all lines of business of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions fulfill clients' needs and objectives in the short, medium and long term through a holistic goals based planning approach
  • Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines and security measures

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Eight plus years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required for position; unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
  • Proven sales success and strong business acumen
  • Strong community presence with an established network
  • Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking
  • Focuses on the client experience and works tirelessly on the client’s behalf

  • MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred

Job Responsibilities

  • Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70 – 90 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million for your assigned branches; provide business deposit and cash management solutions and manage business credit opportunities up to approximately $500,000
  • Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients by providing comprehensive and customized business banking solutions tailored to the financial needs and circumstances of their businesses

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee project cost control, including forecasting and financial management.
  • Coordinate with Federal agencies to ensure program success

  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, financial performance, and risk management
  • Occasional off-hours, weekends, and holiday work may be required to support customer operations

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $139,00.000 - $153,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $139,000 - $165,500. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in managing construction projects, preferably federal energy performance contracts
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong understanding of contract management, risk management, and project cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record ability to pass background check
