eCommerce Testing & Optimization Manager

As our eCommerce Testing & Optimization Manager, you will be part of a dynamic Digital and eCommerce team and own maintaining and optimizing the front-end user experience for our healthcare eCommerce domain. In this role you will constantly look for opportunities to improve the user experience and increase the conversion of our websites and eStore properties. You will partner with businesses and regions to align on the most impactful strategy and plan and work across teams to execute.

Your role:

  • Execute playbooks for testhypotheses and clearly validateopportunities/recommendactions that can havepositive improvementsin our site experience and conversion and drive increased Order Intake and Revenue.
  • Identify KPIs(i.e. conversion,engagement, retention) needed to assess the eCommerce site user experience, and own ongoing maintenance and execution of eCommerce site experience towards these KPIs, as well as act as the liaison with the analytics team and be able to create and report out on user journey data with Google Analytics to a broad audience.
  • Deliver testing insights and help create a culture of data-drivendecision making​ –be a strategic partner with the businesses and regions and enhance their knowledge and capabilities in this domain.
  • At completion of tests, build timely, compelling, fact-based test recaps that strongly communicate the business ‘story’ behind the data andtest outcomes. Workclosely with larger web team to prioritize these improvements for future development. Be the voice of the eCommerce customer within the larger website team.
  • Manage execution of ongoing content updates and optimization, for example, landing pages, merchandising content, navigation structure maintenance, and ongoing site improvements.
  • Collaborate with teams responsible for (paid) campaign activation, website, and eCommerce strategy in order to optimizeeach conversion path​ withinthe complete digital ecosystem.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired a minimum of 5 years of experience in the digital marketing space, inclusive of eCommerce testing & optimization strategy and execution.
  • You have a strong understanding of core digital marketing technology platforms, including website content management systems, and website testing tools.
  • Your skills include digital marketing strategy, web strategy and execution, web testing & optimization, landing page optimization, and an ability to manage a varied set of stakeholders.
  • You have a Bachelors Degree.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .

The pay range for this position in Massachusetts is $106,680.00 to $170,688.00.

Senior Global eCommerce Manager


Your role:

  • You own supporting Businesses across our Regions to bring eCommerce plans to fruition, you excel at driving last mile execution and scaling online order intake and revenue.
  • Develops the strategy and plan in partnership with regional teams for key business lines of our Health Systems portfolio and executes that plan to drive online orders and revenue. Utilizes our online Store and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) channels in eCommerce plan development and engages with our partner channels.
  • Works with Digital campaign activation teams to develop and integrate digital programs (organic and paid) across the customer journey to support achievement of online sales activities and objectives. Builds a comprehensive strategy for driving penetration (customer onboarding) and preference (utilization of online store and EDI). Engages Operations to handle customer issues by order desk for online orders from store and EDI.
  • Partners with creative teams and content teams to build-out and optimize design and content to have a best-in-class eStore experience for our customers. Collaborates closely with Supply Chain to ensure campaign programs and product forecasts enable a desired customer experience on the online store.
  • Supports Sales and Business Managers in their execution of their sales strategies and plans. Serves as the key point of contact for all direct online topics for internal (sales, marketing, customer services, operations, and IT) and external partners (search, affiliate, and marketing agencies).
  • Be part of a team to establish and drive a regular cadence of reviewing key performance metrics versus target and identification of root causes and actions needed to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identifies and scales best practices for Philips eCommerce, globally. Identifies new business development opportunities proof of concept testing within the direct online space to consistently grow business for maximum value realization.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience in eCommerce/Digital Marketing/Marketing/Sales Operations or similar roles. Strong Healthcare technology marketing experience is a plus along with omni-channel and Digital marketing experience.
  • Your skills include the ability to engage and influence marketing and sales leadership teams to gather buy-in and support an eCommerce strategy and program to deliver objectives; understanding of how to gather insights from performance data and develop recommendations to drive measurable improvement in results. You have a strong track record delivering on online sales targets; experience managing an online store front and Amazon experience a plus. You possess direct experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g. SAP Commerce Coud, Commercetools, Spryker)
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred; preferably in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
  • You also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within budget; high attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving, learning, and educating others.

Your role:

  • Harmonizes the eCommerce strategy in partnership with other channel leaders to ensure a cohesive, E2E digital customer experience and drive stakeholder alignment of your plan across the organization. Shapes the creation and delivery of our global eCommerce initiatives, aligning with the company's strategic vision to scale this critically important capability as a key growth driver.
  • Develops the Strategy, Plan, and Roadmap for eCommerce globally to support customer, business and regional needs. Serve as a critical contact to business and regional leadership to provide direction and drive eCommerce capability maturation forward; develop business cases demonstrating business outcomes and influence and bring on board key executive support.
  • Responsible for driving and validating the roadmap of eCommerce activity across the Digital Center of Excellence to achieve desired outcomes and impact. Leads the 3-to-5-year strategy development for eCommerce capabilities to drive prioritization of new to market/advanced capabilities, and capability-building across businesses and regions.
  • Ensures the development and implementation of “outside in” customer-centric best-in-class capabilities and subject matter expertise. Socializes eCommerce standards and best practices organization wide.
  • Provides direction and oversight to our IT partners to ensure support and proper development and evolution of our eCommerce capabilities and technology.
