The Opportunity:

  • Manage and complete tickets from customers and other departments related to Flywire’s platforms, ensuring the highest quality standards are met while adhering to the SLA requirements

  • Understand various components of our products including how they function together and the workflow impact to customers

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support engineering

  • “Hunting” role that is focused on acquiring net new clients

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology, marketplaces or analytical functions with a proven track record of using technology, data and AI to drive measurable customer and business growth.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field. MBA preferred.

  • Proven success developing and scaling CRM programs in a B2C or marketplace environment.

  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, contact strategy, and automation.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM analytics and experimentation frameworks.

  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Passion for e-commerce and seller empowerment.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
