Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and ongoing management of access provisioning solutions across enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with security policies and regulatory requirements.

The Opportunity

At Flywire, we’re looking for a to drive the creation and execution of high-impact marketing programs that accelerate demand, enhance engagement, and optimize lead acquisition for our growing Travel vertical. This leadership role will be key in shaping the strategy and execution of our demand generation efforts, with a focus on delivering measurable pipeline growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute on Demand Gen Campaigns: Manage the execution of demand generation programs across events, digital channels, and marketing partners, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy.
  • Lead Nurturing & Pipeline Management: Partner with the Business Development team on seamless lead handoff processes and provide enablement and best practices for lead management.
  • Event Management: Serve as the primary marketing contact for various event-related initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and vendor communications. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and partner with Sales to drive pipeline, track performance, and optimize event ROI
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to identify target segments, tailor messaging, and execute campaigns that engage and convert these audiences. Track and analyze key metrics to ensure continuous optimization of campaigns.
  • Campaign Messaging & Content Creation: Create compelling, results-driven campaign content, including email, landing pages, webinars, blog posts, paid social ads, and more. Align messaging with the company’s go-to-market strategy to drive awareness and conversions.
  • Demand Generation Calendar & Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, setup, execution, and tracking of demand generation campaigns, managing the demand gen calendar to ensure timely delivery and alignment across all marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve campaign performance across various channels. Develop and implement strategies to maximize ROI and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.

What we are looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in Demand Generation on a Marketing team, preferably with a B2B focus.
  • Track record of generating or accelerating pipeline via events, paid campaigns, email nurture, or ABM.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive- able to take initiative and drive projects forward independently.
  • Proven ability to execute effectively and collaborate with teams cross-functionally, especially Sales.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. We are looking for a
Product Manager own our integrations product strategy, and to drive impact in our rapidly growing travel business by identifying and solving problems that provide value to our customers and stakeholders in the luxury travel space.

You’ll be part of a team who is focused on identifying what a winning product looks like, and how it will succeed. In order to accomplish this, you will take on a role working with an established product leader and engineering teams to drive the business forward with the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee product launches of medium and large complexity projects and features.
  • Understand and contribute to the overall product strategy and vision through the roadmap.
  • Define initiatives in detail in order to get the most impact out of the product roadmap.

  • Become the expert on your product while understanding how your product fits within the Flywire ecosystem.
  • Use a variety of tools and data to understand how your product is performing.

  • Be able to effectively communicate your ideas and viewpoints to a varied audience.

Here's What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a demonstrable passion for building user-centric products and a proven track record of owning products end to end.

What You'll Do

  • Own the North American gateway roadmap, focusing on optimizing and scaling the connections between Flywire’s platform and its payment partners (e.g., PSPs, acquirers, financial institutions) for payments originating in United States / Canada (both domestic and cross border)
  • Ensure payment integrations are built for long-term scalability, performance, and reliability, working across engineering, operations, and infrastructure teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience in the product space related to payments, fintech, or partner-facing roles.

  • Demonstrated success in go-to-market execution, product lifecycle ownership, and customer experience leadership.
  • Comfort with technical environments and delivery practices —enough to shape impactful solutions and collaborate with eng teams.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a
Product Manager to drive impact in our rapidly growing travel business by identifying and solving problems that provide value to our customers and stakeholders in the luxury travel space. Product Managers at Flywire like to win. You’ll be part of a team who is focused on identifying what a winning product looks like and how it will succeed. In order to accomplish this, you will take on a role working with an established product leader and engineering teams to drive the business forward with the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee product launches of medium and large complexity projects and features.
  • Understand and contribute to the overall product strategy and vision through the roadmap.
  • Define initiatives in detail in order to get the most impact out of the product roadmap.
  • Earn the trust and confidence of the development team through influence and be responsible for prioritizing and defining the deliverables and outcomes for your team. Lead the squad of your product area, managing the different agile rituals to ensure deliverability. You will work alongside Engineers, QA, and Designers
  • Be able to work across cross-functional teams and influence them to drive your roadmap objectives.
  • Build products and new functionalities with design and engineering teams following product rituals and writing detailed requirements.
  • Become the expert on your product while understanding how your product fits within the Flywire ecosystem.
  • Use a variety of tools and data to understand how your product is performing.
  • Identify opportunities, gather problems, and find solutions for your customers (internal and external) and stakeholders. Learn how your product is positioned in the market and anticipate market trends.
  • Be able to effectively communicate your ideas and viewpoints to a varied audience.
  • Must be comfortable working across multiple time zones in this highly collaborative role.
  • Engage in travel as needed.

Here's What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a demonstrable passion for building user-centric products and a proven track record of owning products end to end.
  • Good understanding and/or interest in the Travel space, with experience in Hospitality and Payments preferred.
  • Skill in conducting user research and discovery.
  • Ability to establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive product growth and optimization
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that embraces continuous iteration and improvement, including the use of a/b testing methodologies to drive data-informed product decisions, optimize the user experience, and validate hypotheses through experimentation.
  • Ability to see initiatives from discovery to launch with a focus on execution.
  • An excellent communicator - at the heart of every great product manager is the ability to communicate your vision effectively
  • Ability to write concise, contextual requirements.
  • Experienced in lean and agile product development methodologies preferred.

LOB Overview:

  • Global Information Security (GIS) is responsible for protecting bank information systems, confidential and proprietary data, and customer information. GIS develops the bank’s Information Security strategy and policy, manages the Information Security program, identifies, and addresses vulnerabilities and operates global security operations centers that monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents. Within GIS, Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a security discipline that enables the right individuals to access the right resources at the right times and in the right context. IAM addresses the mission-critical need to ensure appropriate access to the resources across increasingly heterogeneous technology environments, and to meet increasingly rigorous compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and ongoing management of access provisioning solutions across enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with security policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Apply working knowledge of Active Directory , Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Mainframe , Oracle and SQL databases , file systems , and enterprise storage , with a focus on enforcing least privileged access .

  • Assist in maintaining access control policies , group structures , and role-based access models to support scalable and secure provisioning.

  • Collaborate with application owners and infrastructure teams to implement access requirements for new and existing systems.

  • Participate in automation initiatives to streamline provisioning and de-provisioning workflows , integrating with identity governance platforms and HR systems and IAM controls.

  • Conduct periodic access reviews , entitlement audits , and certification campaigns to ensure compliance and identify access anomalies.

  • Investigate and remediate access-related incidents, working closely with cybersecurity and risk teams to address vulnerabilities and improve controls.

  • Stay current with emerging IAM technologies, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the access provisioning program.

  • Prepare metrics, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership and audit teams regarding access provisioning effectiveness and risk posture.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on access provisioning across enterprise environments.

  • Working knowledge of Active Directory , Microsoft Azure AWS, Mainframe , Oracle Database , SQL Server , Windows and Unix file systems , and enterprise storage platforms .

  • Understanding of IAM governance frameworks , platforms ( e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt ) role-based access control (RBAC) , group policy management , and privileged access management (PAM) tools, CyberArk, Hashi Corp and Beyond Trust.

  • Experience with automated provisioning/de-provisioning workflows , including integration with HR systems to demonstrate proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to support scalable access provisioning and audit processes.

  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure security and access controls in hybrid environments, particularly within Microsoft Azure AWS and Oracle Cloud .

  • Ability to conduct access reviews , entitlement audits , and risk assessments to identify and remediate access-related vulnerabilities.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
