This job is responsible for managing, monitoring, and documenting credit risk for a portfolio of clients. Key responsibilities include monitoring changes in credit profiles, compliance with credit agreements as well as structuring and underwriting new financing solutions across the Global Banking and Markets product spectrum. Job expectations may include assessing risk solutions which adhere to the bank's risk appetite and risk strategies and coaching and leading team members.
In Dealer Financial Svs, assigned as a market or industry level resource, the Credit Officer II is a highly skilled resource, providing expert level advisory guidance in the most complex, integrated debt capital solutions. The role also serves as Line/Credit approver in conjunction with Risk management based on credit approval grid and drives the internal credit approval process, loan documentation and closing. Involvement with monitoring activities/approvals is also part of the responsibilities. The Credit Officer II maintains knowledge of other BofAML products including Investment Banking and Treasury Management that have credit exposure, and leverages product expertise to deliver the best possible and optimally integrated strategic solution for the client or prospect. The role is balanced between analysis of clients and prospects and their industries, design and execution of credit solutions, and the active management of asset quality. Client facing, the Credit Officer II collaborates with the Relationship Manager(RM),Treasury Solutions Officer (TSO), and other product partners, when needed, to assess client needs, design integrated solutions and deliver the bank to clients and prospects.

Global Information Security (GIS) is responsible for protecting bank information systems, confidential and proprietary data, and customer information. The Identity & Access Management (IAM) team works within Global Information Services (GIS) and in close participation with all other LOB teams as well as second and third line of defense partners. This role is highly visible and requires frequent interaction with senior management and key stakeholders.
The role also will actively apply knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, and information security concepts (e.g., NIST, COBIT, ISO) to establish and maintain policies, validate alignment of processes and controls to requirements, report on adherence to policy requirements and maintain governance programs related to IAM Standard controls. Job expectations include using data analytics, governance process management, and partnering with internal teams to verify policy compliance, identify gaps in coverage, and support remediation activities.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong partnership with other Global Information Security (GIS) functions, Global Technology (GT), Cyber Security Technology (CST), Third Party management, Global Compliance and Operations Risk (CGOR), internal audit, and external regulatory agencies. Provide audit and regulatory responses within the specified periods.
Perform Quality Assurance activities to support access control compliance and control metrics.
Support and monitor GT application compliance to controls. Oversee and drive governance program, support program inquiries, updating source of record, manage ARM ticketing queue, and maintain program documentation.
Maintain QA documentation, audit documentation, and training materials.
Drive Quality Assurance Governance for End User Access Management & Application Services.
Maintain exceptions to IAM Standard according to governance processes.
Ensures Information Technology systems meet enterprise standards, adhere to applicable rules, laws, and regulations, and comply with appropriate risk appetite.
Assist with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing of application changes with signoff prior to implementation.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years relevant hands-on experience in identity and access certification related fields in a large and complex organization.
3-5 years’ experience implementing IAM Cloud solutions, controls, and capabilities.
Proficient in articulating facts and data-driven plans and ability to partner with stakeholders to implement intended solutions to drive risk reductions and adherence to relevant Access Management requirements within IAM Standard.
Operational experience (i.e. governance, documentation/playbooks/inquiry response knowledge.
Strong attention to detail, advanced analytical skills, and quality assurance experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and be able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficient in data management which includes strong data analytical capabilities with advanced understanding of the collection and management of metadata.
Experience with Tableau and SQL.

This job is responsible for managing the end-to-end consumer mortgage referral requests primarily for Low to Moderate Income (LMI) clients in underserved markets. Key responsibilities include connecting with internal and external centers of influence (i.e. financial center partners, realtors, etc.) to originate mortgage transactions, identifying relationship deepening opportunities with clients, and facilitating the loan process from application to close.
