As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, where you receive dedicated and personalized classes for your Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. Once you obtain your licenses, you will be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor – from acquiring, building and managing client relationships to considering a client’s complex financial picture and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives, all while humanizing financial interactions. Once you have reached your key milestones, you will begin working in a financial center where you will help to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and approach to client care. We will equip you with everything you need as you move through the stages of development.

Once you have demonstrated success as a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will typically progress into the next role, Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where you will continue to practice the skills you’ve learned by growing and deepening relationships within a portfolio of clients. As a successful Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, you will have the opportunity to advance in many roles within Bank of America and Merrill. The Academy will support you along the way with dedicated programs, tools, and resources throughout your career journey.

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing.   • Grow your business knowledge by using a defined consultative approach with clients to systematically identify client needs and appropriate solutions.
  • Earn your Security Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (63 & 65 accepted, in lieu of 66) though structured lessons and dedicated study time. You must obtain your SIE within 30 days of being hired & your Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days - a requirement for the role.
  • Build your network. Starting at a financial center, you’ll interact with banking customers, small business owners and higher net worth clients alike. You’ll be able to leverage our relationships with one out of two households in the U.S. to help eventually grow your business.
  • Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners. Connect clients to the solutions we provide through Bank of America and Merrill to meet virtually all their financial needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.

As a
Client Success Operations Associate, you will be the first line of support for our hospitality and e-commerce customers. This role focuses on solving routine issues, documenting findings, and delivering empathetic, professional communication to customers.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues using logs, developer tools, DataDog, and internal tools.

  • Translate technical findings into simple, actionable updates for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in writing SOPs and contributing to knowledge base articles and internal documentation.
  • Take ownership of escalated or pattern-based tickets and track them to resolution.
  • Identify bugs or process inefficiencies and work with the team to improve the support workflow.
  • Support common use cases such as PDF conversion and basic platform navigation.
  • Maintain quality responses while averaging ~25 solved tickets per day (≈575–600/month).
  • Participate in customer calls, screen shares, or trainings when escalations require higher-level communication.

Here's What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing technical support role (B2B SaaS or eCommerce preferred).
  • Experience using Zendesk (tickets, macros, views, Help Center).
  • Ability to rotate into holiday or on-call support schedules as needed.
  • Familiarity with Jira, DataDog, browser developer tools, and analyzing logs or error messages.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to break down complex issues for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to self-prioritize in a high-volume support environment (600+ monthly solved tickets expected).
  • Demonstrated initiative in bug tracking, internal documentation, or team training support.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; comfortable with ticket queues, call logs, and daily targets.
  • Background in hospitality or hotel technology (e.g., PMS, eSign/ePay systems) is a plus.
  • Experience with SOP creation is a plus.

The HRIS Advisor will be a strategic individual contributor responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of People Operations (HR) technology and reporting capabilities. HR Technology Expertise:

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of our investment in the Workday technology.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

Operational Excellence & Compliance:

  • Optimize and streamline People Operations processes and workflows, leveraging automation and technology to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations across all HR systems and reporting.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust internal controls over HR-related financial processes to ensure SOX compliance.
  • Proven track record in safeguarding sensitive employee data and ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations relevant to SOC 2, SOX, GDPR, CCPA, CPRA amongst others.

Indirect Leadership & Development:

  • Promote a data-driven mindset within the People Operations team and across the entire People Team, empowering individuals to leverage data and technology to enhance their work and impact.

  • Facilitate the transition of new clients from implementation to self-sufficiency using customer success software (ChurnZero)
  • Drive communication of troubleshooting, and proactively suggest solutions to customer concerns
  • Create customer references, testimonials, and case studies
  • Provide team feedback by effectively communicating customer needs and feature requests; work cross-functionally across various teams (Sales, Implementation, Product)
  • Monitor, track, and report on analytics, status reports and KPIs for your portfolio customers
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of all products and services; maintain product expertise across our platform
  • Maintain customer needs, questions, and interactions in Salesforce; escalate challenges to the Support Team, and concerns internally to other appropriate teams.

Here's What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years Customer Success experience
  • 2+ years Hospitality experience
  • Demonstrated success of exceeding customer satisfaction and retention targets
  • Experience developing implementation plans and managing complex deployments
  • Passionate about customer success and driving customer outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to interact with different audiences, from end users to C-level executives
  • Ability to summarize technical and complex topics to a specific target audience
  • Strong problem resolution and analytical skills
  • Ability to project manage, multi-task, meet deadlines and prioritize projects
  • Self-motivated and self-learner with the ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Able to collaborate well with a team, but can also manage their workload independently

Total compensation for this role is subject to, and will be determined by skill, level of overall experience, past experience and through our interview process. Target range is between $75k-95k base salary.

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, where you receive dedicated and personalized classes for your Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. Once you obtain your licenses, you will be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor – from acquiring, building and managing client relationships to considering a client’s complex financial picture and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives, all while humanizing financial interactions. Once you have reached your key milestones, you will begin working in a financial center where you will help to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and approach to client care. We will equip you with everything you need as you move through the stages of development.

Once you have demonstrated success as a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will typically progress into the next role, Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where you will continue to practice the skills you’ve learned by growing and deepening relationships within a portfolio of clients. As a successful Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, you will have the opportunity to advance in many roles within Bank of America and Merrill. The Academy will support you along the way with dedicated programs, tools, and resources throughout your career journey.

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since your position requires SAFE Act registration, you will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in your immediate termination.

  • Earn your Security Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (63 & 65 accepted, in lieu of 66) though structured lessons and dedicated study time. You must obtain your SIE within 30 days of being hired & your Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days - a requirement for the role.
  • Build your network. Starting at a financial center, you’ll interact with banking customers, small business owners and higher net worth clients alike. You’ll be able to leverage our relationships with one out of two households in the U.S. to help eventually grow your business.
  • Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners. Connect clients to the solutions we provide through Bank of America and Merrill to meet virtually all their financial needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
  • Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
  • Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
  • Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
