ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
The following areas of responsibility are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any incumbent, with reasonable accommodation if necessary. Any nonessential functions are assumed to be included in other related duties or assignments.
• Build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with regional team members and key external contacts (ie, HCP and entire office staff) at all levels, demonstrating the awareness of their needs and responding with the appropriate action
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to appropriately promote product and provide product and patient education
• Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts by tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs, leveraging industry insights to drive product differentiation and achieve sales targets
• Regularly review and analyze all provided sales data in order to create effective territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds
• Maintain a competitive edge by effectively addressing external market challenges while fostering a collaborative environment with internal teams to drive cohesive and successful sales strategies
• Open to working with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse expertise and insights and achieve shared objectives
• Maintain a call average as outlined in the sales plan, defined as face-to-face interactions, with healthcare providers focusing on top target customers
• Take calculated risks and apply a range of traditional and nontraditional problem-solving techniques to solve issues creatively in order to improve performance in geographical assignment
• Adhere to all Teva’s compliance policies and guidelines
• Achieve all sales performance goals, reach objectives, and complete all administrative duties for geographical assignment
Any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field
• At least 1 year of full-time, documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven record of accomplishments in this specific market toward meeting established objectives
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, open communication, inclusivity, and openness to feedback
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills
• Ability to interact with HCPs in both face-to-face and virtual environments, and be proficient with technology
• Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing preferred
• New product launch experience preferred
• Broad therapeutic area experience particularly in therapeutic area preferred
• Candidate must be able to successfully pass background, motor, and drug screening
• Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record required

Regular travel, which may include air travel and weekend or overnight travel
The annual starting salary for this position is between $88,000 – $170,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

About the job:
The program manager will be responsible for executing the tooling strategy and management system for the Red Hat Tech Sales Practices team. This role will align very closely to the regional and global Red Hat tech sales functions, as well as APM and Operations team. You will be responsible for leading the adoption management system: Defining metrics, target methodology, and reporting process. This includes developing reports and analyzing data sets to provide guidance to our APM and Operations team. You will be responsible for leading the strategy definition and facilitating execution around tooling to make the Tech Sales team more productive, with a focus on Red Hat Sales Cloud.. This includes preparing briefings to senior leadership, aligning stakeholders, facilitating decision-making, tracking and reporting progress, and identifying and mitigating risks. Being highly organized is a must as you will be managing multiple initiatives at a time. You’ll need to have clear written and verbal communication and documented planning skills to succeed in this role.
This position has a direct reporting structure to the Global Sr Director, Tech Sales Practices.
What you will do:
Execute the Productivity and Tooling strategy to ensure SA&A associates and leaders are able to efficiently execute their role.
Use of Red Hat Sales Cloud, analytics tools and AI to solve tech sales challenges.
Ensure the defined management system and metrics are consistently executed across all regions, focusing on product adoption
Provide data analytics and insights to leadership
Identify and execute task automation to make the tech sales more efficient

What you will bring:

About the role:
At Boston Scientific, our products and technologies are used to diagnose or treat a wide range of medical conditions. In Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM), we offer solutions for treating irregular heart rhythms and heart failure and protecting against sudden cardiac arrest. In this role, you will sell and promote company products in the Rhythm Management division within a defined geographic territory.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Sell products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill the company's revenue and unit growth objectives on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that are specific and targeted by determining the factors (e.g., product, competition, and pricing needs) that are relevant to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians.
• Determine the needs (e.g., product and pricing), goals, product usage, and types of cases handled by specific customers by meeting with and asking in-depth questions of physicians and other hospital personnel to learn which Boston Scientific products can best address their specific needs.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services by developing creative and feasible solutions or work with other related personnel (e.g., clinical research, pricing, and/or marketing) to develop optimal solutions.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel (e.g., through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other hospital departments and identify key purchasing decision-makers to facilitate future sales.
• Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.g., slides, transparencies, manuals) to secure purchasing commitments, often with the help of incentive programs and services made available to the account being developed.
• Manage territory resources for clinical support in the areas of device implant coverage, basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up of company products.
• Attend device implants in the labs and operating room of hospital accounts and perform patient follow-up to assure customer and patient success with the implanted products.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent field clinical/sales experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical or sales experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical field sales organization
• Must have technical aptitude; be able to discuss & explain complex technical product information.
• Must be able to be on a rotational call on a 24/7/365 basis with a sales team
• Must be able to work flexible hours, and complete an extensive training program
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's Degree, MBA.
• Structural Heart, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, or related industry experience.
• Experience with implantation in cardiovascular and/or medical device.
The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
