Product Experts Collaboration - working together with product and engineering teams ensuring our customers and partners get the most out of our products
Digital First - Ensure technical knowledge of the team is translated into articles and guides for our customers to consume allowing our customer coverage to scale
Your Experience
5+ years experience in Security Operations or Engineering with SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or XDR/EDR environments
Familiarity with cloud technologies, providers (such as GCP, AWS, Azure) and use-cases.
Strong understanding of enterprise security and IT products, systems, and processes
Experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting
Proficiency in scripting with Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, managing multiple tasks under pressure
Skilled in collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Experience in customer-facing roles is a must
Experience with attack surface management or CNAPP is a plus
United States Citizen is a must
You’ll be involved in building and implementing the team and processes, implementing new products, transitioning from old products to new – in fact, you’ll lead the team that ensures our customers are getting value from the product they purchased. We identify technical requirements, provide guidance and assistance and drive our customers to success.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $112,000 - $152,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found .

About the role:
In this role, you will be responsible for working with a team of account managers to enable customers and prospects to define, develop, and deploy their technology modernization strategies using Red Hat technology and services or partner services. You'll build strategic relationships with executives and key business leaders across a territory.
What you will do:
Promote the adoption of Red Hat cloud platform technologies including Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Red Hat Application Services, Red Hat AI, Red Hat Cloud Services and supporting offerings. Responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an assigned territory/product line.
Work with the the SLED sales team to plan a strategy to grow market share within a set of defined accounts
Consult with customers to understand their core business drivers and technical requirements
Present Red Hat's technical solutions and manage emerging technology opportunity cycles with customers from qualification through to decision and procurement

What you will bring:
5+ years of experience working in a solutions sales, solutions architecture, start up sales experience or agile transformation consulting role
2+ years of experience with modern application delivery frameworks and platforms like Kubernetes and Docker, Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Apache Kafka, MuleSoft, Jenkins, Apache Spark, MongoDB, AI / Data Science and other application frameworks
Technical knowledge of enterprise middleware, virtualization, AI/Data Science and container technologies
Understanding of agile methodologies and organizational and IT transformation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills with experience delivering to practitioners, managers, and executives

The salary range for this position is $207,500.00 - $342,400.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
