Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in mission critical facility design and construction environments.
Experience in the electrical infrastructure of mission critical facilities.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in Engineering or other relevant field or a Professional Engineering (PE) license.
Experience in electrical design, operation, and commissioning of substations, switchgear, ATP/ATS, emergency power systems and their control systems, power monitoring, and electrical protection.
Experience in design, construction, and commissioning of medium voltage and low voltage electrical distribution systems to include AC and DC systems and associated power management systems and SCADA tools.
Experience working with data center equipment and environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, transformers, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems).

Your role:

Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to customer entitlements, setting clear expectations, and meeting commitments and arrival times to address and resolve customer needs. Understand the customer's business and competitive environment; generate service revenue.
Actively participate as a member of the regional work team; work to improve team processes and identify training gaps. Seek out opportunities to increase capability and capacity (i.e. may be required to become qualified in multiple modalities, learns new tools).
Perform all administrative duties within established Philips, State, and Federal regulatory requirements and timeframes including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders (FCO), preventative maintenance (PM), installation documents, site and service documentation, and other related paperwork. Adhere to established training, quality, and safety requirements.
Utilize tools, support, resources, and escalation processes within required time frames to resolve customer and system problems timely and effectively. Complete PMs, FCOs, installation and all related tasks (diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems).
Approximately 70% travel across the specified geography is required. The average driving time is 1-4 hours daily. Occasional overnight stays and travel by air and/or train may be required.

You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment or 4+ years’ in electromechanical industries. Preferred experience in Cath Lab/Image Guided Therapy (IGT) and/or Diagnostic X-ray (DXR) imaging equipment.
Your skills include the ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment.
You have an Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience;BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMETpreferred.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You must be able to:
- Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; adhere to requirements.
- Work flexible hours (based on business needs to include overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations).
- Safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials; wear all required personal protective equipment.

Experience in deployment to and supporting AWS services
Strong knowledge of basic programming concepts and respective scripting languages. One or more of the following: Bash, Go, Ruby, Python, Powershell
Broad knowledge of Operating Systems internals and Virtualization platforms
Strong experience in automating variety of Infrastructure and administration tasks
Working Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Configuration Management and Infrastructure as-code principles

In this role, you will help test and verify offerings on top of Red Hat OpenShift. Using your expertise and principles of software engineering, automation and continuous improvement, you will help create a product where availability, reliability, and security are treated through the entire application life cycle, not treated as an afterthought. As a Principal software Quality Engineer, you will write and enhance test suite to ship product and also develop tools to automate software deployments, upgrades, scaling, monitoring, alerting, and testing. In this role, you will lead the release testing efforts and guide team members in their testing and CI related tasks.
