Your role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to customer entitlements, setting clear expectations, and meeting commitments and arrival times to address and resolve customer needs. Understand the customer's business and competitive environment; generate service revenue.

  • Actively participate as a member of the regional work team; work to improve team processes and identify training gaps. Seek out opportunities to increase capability and capacity (i.e. may be required to become qualified in multiple modalities, learns new tools).

  • Perform all administrative duties within established Philips, State, and Federal regulatory requirements and timeframes including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders (FCO), preventative maintenance (PM), installation documents, site and service documentation, and other related paperwork. Adhere to established training, quality, and safety requirements.

  • Utilize tools, support, resources, and escalation processes within required time frames to resolve customer and system problems timely and effectively. Complete PMs, FCOs, installation and all related tasks (diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems).

  • Approximately 70% travel across the specified geography is required. The average driving time is 1-4 hours daily. Occasional overnight stays and travel by air and/or train may be required.

  • Your skills include the ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment.

  • You have an Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience;BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMETpreferred.

In this dynamic and patient-centered role, you will be a key clinical and commercial contributor—supporting our technologies through hands-on education, sales support, and expert clinical guidance. You’ll cover a defined territory, collaborating closely with hospitals and healthcare providers to ensure best-in-class outcomes and to drive the adoption of our innovative CRM solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary clinical expertduring device implants, patient follow-ups, programming, and troubleshooting

  • on product use and clinical benefits

  • Attending procedures in hospital labs and operating roomsto support optimal patient outcomes

  • Building strong relationshipswith physicians, nurses, and key hospital staff to foster trust and drive engagement

  • Managing product inventory

  • Participating in a rotational 24/7 on-call scheduleto support patients and clinicians in real time

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical work experience will be considered.

  • Minimum of 5 years' clinical experience with at least 3 years being in a cardiac setting.

  • NASPE or IBHRE certification.

  • Willingness and ability to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in collaboration with a sales team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • A degree in biomedical engineering, science, mathematics, business, or nursing is preferred.

  • Previous experience working in an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, device clinic, and/or Cardiac Catheterization (Cath) Lab.

  • Experience in medical device sales, sales support, clinical education, and/or clinical research.

  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of consistently high performance.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, efficiently, and effectively in a role where daily hours and tasks may vary, while remaining accountable to company, regional, and team goals.

  • Ability to understand, communicate, and train others on complex medical device software algorithms as they relate to device therapy and diverse disease states.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the medical community, including patients.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a highly motivated team environment, where flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly evolving setting are essential, and urgency often dictates a dynamic work schedule.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be$ to $, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com.
