Key Responsibilities

  • Serves as liaison between the customer and the Business Unit for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding of customer issues and delivery of applicable solutions.
  • When necessary, works closely with customer to optimize tool performance to meet customer process and integration requirements.
  • Checks and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
  • Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
  • Knowledge of 3 or more processes on 1 or more technologies

Basic Qualifications

- 24+ months customer facing support experience with a minimum of 12 months in a technical support capacity
- Experience Delivering courteous and efficient support to both external customers and internal colleagues
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and logically
- Ability to Leverage data and analytics to solve problems effectively
- Ability to effectively tailor your communication style and content of technical information, both verbally and in writing, to the needs and understanding level of your audience
- Willingness for continuous learning that includes networking certifications during provided company time (e.g., CompTIA Network +)


Preferred Qualifications

- Understanding of TCP/IP protocol suite and network infrastructure components (routers, switches), network operations (manage switching, VLANs, ACLs, Management access etc.), and troubleshooting methodologies using the OSI Model.
- Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) certification (nice to have/will train)

As an RTL Design Engineer, you will be part of an advanced architecture team that is exploring new hardware designs to improve our devices. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the micro-architecture and implementing the corresponding RTL for advanced functional blocks. You will participate in the design verification and bring-up of such blocks by writing relevant assertions, debugging code, test benches, test harnesses, and otherwise interacting with the extended team. You will participate in the lab bring-up of these blocks either in an FPGA or silicon by potentially writing test scripts, analyzing lab data, proposing experiments, etc.You will work closely with multi-disciplinary groups including Product Design, Audio Technology, Computer Vision, Hardware Engineering, and Software Engineering, to architect and implement complex functional block that enable development of world-class hardware devices. In this role, you will:- Design world class hardware and software- Develop detailed design specifications and documentation
- Perform RTL coding and synthesis
- Work with Partners/Supplier to optimize and customize their products
- Run industry standard code quality tools and fix issues found by them
- Participate in test plan and coverage reviewsThe ideal candidate should have experience with RTL development environments, fluency in modern hardware description languages. They should have developed complex IP blocks from scratch that have successfully been integrated in SOCs or other such silicon that have been productized in consumer devices. They should be familiar with modern SoC architectures, various interconnect topologies such as AMBA AXI, APB, AHB, and implementations. Experience with I/O interfaces such as SPI, I2C, I2S, PDM, and MIPI CSI/DSI/Slimbus/Soundwire is

Basic Qualifications

- PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Architecture or related field
- Project work with RTL development
- Understanding of the tape-out process for production silicon
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical ideas effectively

As an IT Support Engineer II, you will be responsible for the on-site support of our users and equipment in Boise. You will work alongside eero's IT team spread across the globe in our other offices. As an IT Support Engineer you will support employee hardware, software, and the office infrastructure.This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage and maintain office infrastructure including wired and wireless networking, employee workstations, and meeting room equipment.
• Provide in-person support and troubleshooting for eero employees.
• Manage fleet of employee workstation hardware, including imaging, asset tracking, hardware troubleshooting, and purchasing.
• Work on remote tickets supporting eero employees around the globe.
• Key member of eero IT engineering team to deploy new applications, integrations, automations, and cloud infrastructure.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of technical support experience
- 4+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- 4+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in implementing and managing Single Sign On (SSO) solutions, including Okta, SAML, SCIM, and Federation
- Experience working with and administering any of: Google Workspace, Okta, Meraki, GitHub, Jira
- Strong written communication skills for documenting policies, procedures, runbooks etc.
- Experience with AWS services, including networking, EC2, and IaaS.
