Description:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sells products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers and referral networks to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives assigned by company on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.

  • Develops and implements sales strategies by determining the relevant factors (e.g., product, competition and pricing needs) of existing and potential accounts to effectively promote the company's products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians.

  • Develops action plans (i.e., weekly, quarterly, monthly) by analyzing quarterly and monthly sales figures and reports identifying the needs of particular accounts and discussing issues with Regional Sales Manager to help the organization achieve its annual sales goals.

  • Clinically support procedures at accounts to gain insight into the specific nuances of each physician and each member of the lab staff.

  • Establishes pricing packages by working with relevant BSC personnel to establish price points that address specific customer's needs while satisfying company guidelines and policies.

  • Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g. clinical research, pricing, and/or marketing) to develop optimal solutions.

  • Develops relationships with hospital personnel (e.g. through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences, therapy awareness activities) to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key purchasing decision makers in order to facilitate future sales.

  • Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.g., slides, transparencies, manuals).

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in corporate setting, healthcare industry or sales.

  • Strong analytical, selling, and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrates a strong technical and clinical aptitude to be able to discuss & explain complex product information & complete extensive training programs

  • Must be able to work flexible hours and travel when needed.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Structural Heart, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, or related industry experience

  • Experience with implantation in cardiovascular and/or medical device

  • Ability to be coached and directed by other teammates

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

  • Relocatable within the U.S.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be50,000,plus variable compensation governed by Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
Sales Support
1. Assist Relationship Mangers by providing sales support, including assistance with pipeline accuracy, call preparation, ordering Financial Insights, opening and onboarding deposit accounts, Treasury onboarding, pro-actively following up with and consistently contacting clients and prospects with letters, emails, etc. to support RM’s client contact strategy and making sure that CRM data is current and accurate. Provide additional sales support as needed by scheduling appointments, creating prospect lists, providing calendar assistance, etc.
2. Support the sales process and portfolio growth through recognition of, and taking action on, referral opportunities using internal resources and data. Maintain expert-level working knowledge and awareness of products and services. Partner with Relationship Managers and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) partners in bringing attention to any potential client needs recognized through client contact or servicing opportunities and follow up with the partner areas as opportunities progress.

Service Support
4. Provide superior client service to Commercial Community Bank clients taking ownership of client needs, problems, and requests, following through to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
5. Assist in general servicing of Commercial loans, deposits and fee services such as Treasury assigned to Relationship Managers, including but not limited to the completion of necessary forms and documentation, account opening, pulling & working reports, processing payments, assisting in fraud resolution, general research, wire processing, general maintenance, etc.
6. Assist Relationship Managers with portfolio management ensuring accurate client assignment and account data. Monitor reporting and escalate as needed.

Loan Support
7. Assist Relationship Managers with general loan support. Deliver accurate and timely information to internal loan areas as needed, communicate with the client and assist with appropriate stages of the loan process. Assist the RM in staying in compliance with regulations such as Reg B, BSA/AML, etc. Collect client information and assisting with follow up. Conduct general research and clear loan documentation exceptions.
8. Assist Relationship Managers in problem loan management and collection activities through review of past due reports, monitoring of payment postings and post-closing due diligence, contacting past due clients and bringing potential collection issues to the awareness of the Relationship Manager.

1. High School diploma, or equivalent education and related training
2. Five years of related experience, preferably within financial services
3. Two years of experience in a CCS role, or similar

6. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in relating to internal and external clients and contacts
7. Good organizational skills
8. Ability to complete all core courses outlined in the CCS training curriculum
9. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products, etc.

How you’ll spend your day
  • Focus on product and program-level responsibilities, providing leadership and accountability for key regulatory documents.

  • Provide strategic supervision, leadership, and planning for the development of clinical regulatory documents.
  • Write and edit various types of clinical regulatory documents, ensuring content is accurate, complete, and adheres to regulatory guidelines and editorial standards.

  • Contribute to the preparation and revision of document templates, enhancing process efficiency and quality.
Your experience and qualifications
  • PhD or PharmD in Life Sciences (or related field) with a minimum of 4 years of experience, or a Master’s degree in Life Sciences (or related field) with at least 6 years of experience.
  • Preferred experience: 4-6 years in regulatory medical writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Word and adept at using software, templates, and electronic formats for document preparation.
  • Recognized as a competent manager with advanced expertise in regulatory medical writing.
  • Skilled in writing and editing various types of clinical regulatory documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Advanced understanding of global regulations and guidelines for document submissions, therapeutic areas, statistical concepts, and product development.
  • Strong English language proficiency, both written and spoken.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $121,000 - 159,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position may also be eligible for bonus. Level of the role will be commensurate to years of experience and performance criteria.

US-Based Remote (US Eastern time zone preferred)
