Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary resource for sales and clinical support in the areas of basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for spinal cord stimulation products in a clinical setting.
  • Educating customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.g., slides, transparencies, manuals) to keep all customers abreast of the latest product, therapy, technology developments and current items of interest in the industry.
  • Participating in case reviews and clinical observation by working with physicians, hospital, and ambulatory surgery center staff.
  • Attending cases in the operating room of hospital and surgery center accounts and performing patient follow-up to assure customer and patient success with the implanted products.
  • Meeting with existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) by traveling (in an automobile or airplane) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them to achieve their goals.
  • Utilizing company resources to identify potential patients and referral sources to educate them on neuromodulation and the value of pain management in treating chronic pain; this includes participating in creating community awareness events to drive patient volume.
  • Developing relationships with hospital and ambulatory surgery center personnel (e.g. through conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key decision makers in order to facilitate future sales.
  • Responding to customer and patient’s needs regarding products and services by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.
  • This position is a field-based sales position within the assigned territory. You will be in daily collaboration with other local Field Clinical Representatives, Territory Managers and the Regional Business Director in your area.
  • Performing this job in a quality system environment. Failure to adequately perform tasks can result in noncompliance with governmental regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two years’ work experience in a sales and/or clinical role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Medical device sales and/or clinical education experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology or other science field.
  • Experience as Physical Therapy Assistant, RN, Chiropractor Assistant, Radiologic Tech or Surgical Tech or similar field.

About this role:Upon required licensing and SAFE registration, the Relationship Banker LP (SAFE) employee will transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role.

The following job profile is intended to provide a general sense of what Relationship Bankers do; however, the day-to-day duties and responsibilities will differ from branch to branch and even banker to banker depending on several variables, including (but not limited to) years of experience, complement of customers serviced, banking services and options of various customers, and customer needs.


• Employees who are not fully licensed at the time of hire will participate in the Branch Banking Licensed Banker licensing program as a Relationship Banker LP (SAFE). This is a temporary position until employee has successfully completed licensing requirements. Upon successful completion, employees will transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role and perform the following duties:
• Participate in building relationships with customers and spend time understanding required needs
• Identify opportunities for offering a full range of Wells Fargo retail banking deposit and credit products and services, based on customers' needs
• Analyze tactical business challenges related to full-service banking experience to emerging affluent and high-value customers
• Present recommendations for resolving inquiries and service requests regarding customers' accounts
• Open and service accounts within authorized limits, create plans for follow-up and scheduled contacts with customers
• Provide information to internal partners and external sources to further enhance the customer experience
• Identify opportunities to leverage partners and connect customer with the appropriate partner or relationship manager to meet their needs
• Partner with financial advisors to understand appropriate introductions to address the needs of customers with investment or retirement needs
• Provide self-service digital banking options to customers
• This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results. • 2+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

As a Machine Operator, you’ll work independently in the field placing buried service wire using a manually controlled gasoline or diesel-powered tractor/trencher, plow, boring machine, or other manualtools. What you’ll do:

  • Locates buried facilities near the route of "B" service wire using appropriate equipment. Operate a company vehicle with trailer and machinery.
  • Locate buried facilities near the route of buried wire using appropriate equipment.
  • Manual excavation utilizing a shovel.
  • Provide repairs to low voltage buried utilities or sprinkler systems. Provides temporary repairs to low voltage buried utilities, sprinkler systems, and sewage field lines damaged while performing other duties.
  • Periodic maintenance and non-complex repairs to equipment used in the performance of other responsibilities.
  • Reads and interprets simple instructions.
  • Follow established safety practices and procedures including the manufacturer's specifications for operation or use of equipment.
