In this role, you will be responsible for leading a large organization, managing department heads who own data center infrastructure including the operational availability of network and server systems at scale.The ideal candidate for this role will understand data center IT infrastructure and Amazon Web Services and understand how the two coexist. - 4+ years of technical team management experience
- Experience with fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment & troubleshooting methodologies
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Knowledge of information technology infrastructure domains such as compute server platforms, storage server platforms, server components, network devices, technologies and architectures, IT service delivery principles and best practices
- • 4+ years of data center or mission critical facilities (example: hospital, military facility, public safety facility, etc.) and on-call support for data center facilities, mission critical plants, or production facilities experience.

- Bachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering
- 4+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience
- Experience Experience working with Material handling equipment (MHE)
- Knowledge of automated material handling systems, packaging technologies and storage solutions
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Experience working with and managing third party vendors
- Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
- Master's degree in engineering, management, or technology
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project) at an advanced level
- Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment
- Experience designing or implementing integrated automation solutions such as material handling systems, high-speed packaging lines, or manufacturing lines

Key job responsibilities
- Daily building rounds to monitor and record information from electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment to ensure 24/7 reliability and availability
- Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management System (EPMS)
- Assist in troubleshooting of facility and rack-level events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLA)
