What you’ll achieve
As an AI/ML Software Engineer, you will join a global team focused on leveraging AI/ML to drive innovation in our storage products and enhance efficiency across organizational processes.
You will:
Collaborate with architects, senior engineers, product managers and business stakeholders to understand complex problems in enterprise data storage products and engineering processes (e.g., testing, CI/CD) and identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions
Assist in the entire machine learning lifecycle, including data collection, cleaning, pre-processing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment
Implement, optimize, and experiment with various AI and Machine Learning algorithms and models
Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient AI/ML pipelines and infrastructure
Perform rigorous model testing, validation, and interpretability analysis to ensure accuracy, fairness, and reliability
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and deep learning research and technologies
Document technical designs, code, and experimental results clearly and concisely
Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, innovation, knowledge sharing, and best practices within the team
Essential Requirements:
Technical Proficiency:
Solid theoretical understanding of core AI and Machine Learning concepts, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, LLMs, and common ML algorithms
Proficiency in major programming language used in AI/ML ( e.g., Python )
Experience with popular ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy)
Familiarity with data manipulation, analysis, and visualization techniques
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to approach complex problems, break them down, and propose innovative AI/ML-driven solutions
Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced enterprise setting
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Desirable Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's with 2 + year of experience or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative field with a strong emphasis on AI/ML
Experience in AI/ML in an enterprise or large-scale data environment
Experience with MLOps principles and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD for ML)
Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark) for large datasets
Software development experience in C/C++

In this role you will:
Participate in soliciting residential mortgages from various sources
Produce high quality loans which are compliant and provide excellent customer service
Build relationships with realtors, builders, financial professionals, bank stores, past customers, and other non-traditional sources
Develop and maintain a high degree of visibility for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in the marketplace; stay informed of mortgage industry trends and developments in the assigned market
Present recommendations for producing loans and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of and adherence to Mortgage Retail Sales functional area, policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and generating loans
Understand real estate appraisals, title reports, and real estate transactions
Receive customer applications, quote the rate and points, and complete follow-up activities with the registration lock-in; analyze and offer mortgage loan products based on client needs
Review and analyze low to moderately complex financial and credit data; match customer needs with an appropriate loan program and level of risk
Inform prospective and existing customers of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage programs, rates, policies, underwriting requirements, and loan procedures; maintain high standard of client satisfaction and quality by ensuring timely and proactive customer communication
Pursue Wells Fargo training offerings to increase knowledge of company products, policies and procedures, and underwriting requirements
This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results. Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Mortgage Retail Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education

1. Participate in the establishment of the strategic direction of the Financial Advisor team to increase revenue.
2. Consults clients and prospective clients with a focus on analyzing goals, objectives and risk tolerance to determine which investment products and services best meet the client's needs and to implement those products and services as appropriate.
3. Assist clients with trades, requests for information, research, account problems, etc.
4. Provide client relationship management support, including ongoing counsel and advice, relationship reviews and client service initiatives.
5. Participate in the preparation for and delivery of client presentations and engagements.
6. Assist the Advisor in developing and maintaining a profitable level of securities and insurance sales by executing on opportunities identified through external networking and internal referrals.
7. Adhere to professional and ethical standards set forth by Truist, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and other regulatory bodies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Banking, or equivalent education and related experience.
