  • Manage complex customer relationships throughout the entire post-sales cycle, including onboarding, adoption, and renewal phases
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, and product teams to ensure alignment and enhancements on customers’ needs and priorities to deliver exceptional experiences throughout their journey
  • Monitor Customers' health metrics, identify potential risks or issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Drive customer retention and growth by aligning with their business objectives and ensuring successful product adoption through training, best practices and ongoing product-driven sessions
  • Maintain a high level of proactive communication to identify opportunities for deeper engagement, while monitoring KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction and value maximization
  • Act as an advocate for the customers within the company, advocating for their needs and driving enhancements to our products and services

For this mission, you’ll need:

  • Location: East Coast USA
  • 3+ years of proven experience working as a Customer Success Manager
  • Preference for EX law enforcement, similar industries, or B2G experience
  • Demonstrated ability in leading onboarding and renewal processes for complex products and environments
  • Technical background skills with the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex cybersecurity concepts
  • Sales experience, preferably with renewals and upsells
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, with previous experience working globally with large, B2B customers, including C-level executives, preferably in the government sector

As a Cognyter, you will:

  • Plan, organize, lead sales growth, penetrate new and under-served accounts and maintain customer satisfaction on a long-term basis.
  • Develop and maintain account plans and execute sales strategies aligned with the account plans.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and manage State, Local and Federal procurement and contracting processes.
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives. Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Communicate a strong technical understanding of Cognyte’s offerings and know when to engage assistance from pre-sales, engineering, marketing, and senior management.

For this mission, you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of proven work experience in SLED and Federal Sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Very good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Excellent Presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluent English
  • Experience with sales techniques and tools.
  • Previous experience working with Law Enforcement, Financial and Cyber Investigations teams.
  • US Citizenship Required

  • Manages and coaches to the delivery of a differentiated client experience. Coaches team to confidently engage with customers in technology enabled interactions, providing solutions and advice oriented consultation that improves client financial well-being.
