This position requires Process and Operational management experience; knowledge of CMMI, COBIT, ITIL, SDLC, DORA pre-requisite. This position provides a great learning opportunity to drive Strategy execution and will be involved in assist in establishing Core Processes, improving and maturing of the DevOps & Capacity management improve execution.
This role would need to have good knowledge of the Technology LandscapeProject Management methodology, SRE, Service Management, Operational Risk Management, Change Management & Capacity Management.
This position would require interaction with Senior Technology Leadership and all key stakeholders within Business and Technology.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop Processes of the DevOps and Capacity Management function. - drive Process Maturity and ensure that all key deliverables are met.
2. Leads the Process Management and execution of DevOps and Capacity management including coordination with Technology teams which includes Engineering / App Development, Infrastructure (CTI), SecOps and partner closely with Production Managment.
4. Identifies and leads the implementation of Process Efficiency, Drive Productivity Improvement, reduce cost, reduce risk, improve efficiency and keep up with the ever-increasing volume of with fast pace of newer technologies.
5. Continually evolve the working practices within and services provided by DevOps & Capacity Management and drive the Production Management Strategy.
6. Interaction with key Stakeholders on Risk - and manage all IA
7. Drive automation and data driven AIOPS adoption in DEVOPS and Capacity Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- ITIL Foundation certification; Manager’s certification will be an asset. CMMI Experience, DORA, SDLC Knowledge necessary.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence Development or Production Support required.
- An overall understanding of the IT environment and related technology applications.
- Prior experience in financial services preferred
- Prior experience in applications development preferred
- Operational experience at a regional level in a complex/matrix organization.
- Successful experience managing the product life cycle, developing programs and framework required for the design of metrics, analytical tools, reporting for the identification of best practices.
- Measurement of customer satisfaction and analysis of service levels.
- P&L responsibilities to include oversight of high-budget projects.
- effective management of matrix, remote resources;
- proven ability to develop and manage relationships at all levels.

This job is responsible for configuring complex software delivery automation. Key responsibilities include ensuring software deployments are configured to meet access, ownership, and authentication standards, providing technical direction within a functional domain, modifying code for software deployment automation, and overseeing software promotion pipelines for complex/high availability applications following Continuous Delivery practices. Job expectations include the ability to integrate development, testing practices, software delivery tools, and runtime application standards at the bank.

In this role, your expertise in both software development and IT operations will be the catalyst for bridging the gap between these crucial disciplines. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the end to end one click deployment DevOps strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with software developers, system administrators, system engineers, and other stakeholders to implement and maintain a scalable and reliable infrastructure.
- Automate and streamline deployment processes, minimizing manual intervention and improving system efficiency, while striving for continuous improvement of process and procedure.
- Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the business.
- Manage and optimize on prem and internal cloud infrastructure, including provisioning and configuring OpenShift containers.
- Implement security best practices to protect company data and systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, enabling faster and more reliable one click software releases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact, and recommending adoption where appropriate.
- Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role, with a proven track record of managing and maintaining complex software systems.
- 2+ yrs experience in a lead role, directing and monitoring activities of DevOps Engineers
- Architectural level knowledge of automation solutions
- Experience with high-traffic and high-availability global enterprise critical systems.
- Must be passionate about implementing scalable, performant, reliable, and secure automation solutions.
- Strong experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Proficiency in configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Familiarity with DevOps stack including Bitbucket, Artifactory, Jenkins, Ansible Tower and XLR.
- Deep understanding of containerization technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Experience with both on prem and cloud platforms, including infrastructure provisioning and automation.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancers, and firewalls
- Creative problem solver with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously to deliver solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
- A passion for continuous learning and keeping up to date with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps and software engineering.
- Knowledge of security best practices and the ability to implement security controls at the infrastructure level.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus or Splunk.
Preferred:
- 6-8 yrs experience in a DevOps or similar engineering role
- Professional experience in the financial industry, supporting a global scale enterprise environment
- Industry certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or RedHat Certified Engineer are highly desirable.
