  • You will use your strategic skills to maintain a broad perspective of the mortgage market and a long-term view of the customer and relationship; identifying opportunities in sales, staffing, and/or processes; developing a plan to leverage opportunities; visioning alternatives and options and their likelihood of success.   • You will use your Mortgage Banking expertise to understand and apply mortgage offering and home lending guidelines in all 50 states; understand the credit and underwriting process in its entirety (pre-credit, post approval, and closing); be familiar with the diversity of Chase products/services and the advantages of each; understand the local market and the needs and priorities of the clients; keep current with the mortgage industry and business/economic trends; know how to use automated programs/software to support the lending process; and effectively handling “problem” applications and escalations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 7+ years management experience managing a team of 3 or more Sr. Managers (mortgage banking industry) with a proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor at all position levels and ability to manage large scale production operation
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Federal and State regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills critical
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills; the ability to effectively interact with various styles and levels of management and be able to adjust own communication style as needed
  • Strong PC skills, including Excel, Work, PowerPoint
  • Ability to consistently maintain high performance level in stressful situations.

  • Have a working knowledge of biosimilar, specialty and generic pharmaceutical industry, contracting, distribution/wholesaler channels, pricing structures, chargeback programs, institutional sales, group purchasing organizations (GPOs) and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) Clinics, buy & bill, reimbursement, market access
  • Understand formulary and P&T processes for assigned customers in both clinics, IDN’s and specialty pharmacies key to assist in gaining formulary access for targeted Teva products
  • Accountable for entering all account/customer activity into Teva CRM system (Veeva) on daily basis
  • Penetrate assigned customer targets to the highest levels to build relationships necessary to achieve desired objectives
  • Analyze region as a business unit with the aid of Teva provided resources-including being able to build and present a quarterly business review
  • Work cohesively with members of the National Account team, Marketing, and Management in order to achieve distribution and sales objectives

Your experience and qualifications

Education/Certification/Experience:

  • Experience in buy & bill market preferably in biosimilar market preferred
