Key Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally with teams such as brand, business, creative, legal, operations, retail merchandising and corporate communication partners to drive compelling messaging strategies and channel plans drive awareness of Cafes and deepen understanding of the Cafe value proposition
Build the strategy for multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns that drive Cafe awareness and key Bank brand equities
Partner with cross-LOB teams to tell Capital One products, features and experiences stories across in-Cafe channels like digital and physical signage
Lead ideation of disruptive marketing strategies to reinforce Capital One Cafe’s unique value proposition
Author sound campaign and creative briefs, test plans and strategies to guide breakthrough work rooted in consumer insights and drive continued performance and optimization against KPIs across channels
Collaborate with our creative team and agencies to optimize creative assets and deliver best-in-class marketing communications
Translate and communicate business intent in a directive manner that partner teams can act on, ensuring cohesion and consistency in how we talk about Cafes
Curate web experiences that deepen Cafe storytelling and enhance the in-Cafe experience
Synthesize research insights, marketing trends, competitive landscape, and macro external factors to identify new strategic recommendations to improve marketing and business results and Brand impact
Champion and adhere to risk management processes and policies

Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of excellence and accuracy
Experienced in brand strategy, multi-channel integrated marketing campaign strategy and content development.
Experienced in marketing across the full funnel, with expertise in the brand awareness and consideration space.

Able to translate business goals and objectives into marketing strategies, plans and tactics
Able to effectively influence both peers and senior leadership

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of multi-channel digital marketing experience on client-side or agency
At least 5 years of experience creating and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across retail and digital channels
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Business Administration
Marketing experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry

Basic Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
