What you'll be doing
  • Partner with APAC Sales teams to identify, qualify, and position Unity’s Customer Success products, including Support, Training, and Consulting, to drive customer adoption and retention.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and regional stakeholders to design and scope customised success solutions aligned with customer goals.
  • Track and report on Customer Success deal pipeline across the APAC region, providing insights that support forecasting and revenue growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with Enablement, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to execution.
  • Represent Customer Success in strategic customer discussions, sharing best practices and showcasing the value of Unity’s long-term engagement model.
What we're looking for
  • Proven ability to support sales teams in qualifying and positioning Customer Success, Support, Training, or Consulting offerings to enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS or real-time 3D (RT3D) technologies and how they enable digital transformation across industries.
  • Proficiency in managing and analysing sales pipelines using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated skill in building and delivering customer-facing presentations or proposals that align technical solutions to business outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating across regional and global teams to drive consistency and operational excellence in pre-sales activities.
You might also have
  • Familiarity with Unity’s ecosystem, real-time 3D workflows, or digital twin applications across industry and gaming sectors.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or government clients within the APAC region.
  • Knowledge of customer success methodologies or service delivery frameworks.
  • Exposure to professional training, consulting, or enablement program design.

Description:

As a Senior Product Designer at Unity, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our ad monetization platform, ensuring it is intuitive, efficient, and meets the complex needs of our publishers, advertisers, and end-users across the mobile gaming ecosystem. Your work will directly influence the usability and success of features and tools that optimize monetization strategies and deepen engagement in live service games.

What you'll be doing
  • Work with the Product and Development teams to define & align around the requirements of a given product/feature. Identifying user needs and translating business goals into product opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with Development partners, Designers, and fellow product teams throughout the design process.
  • Conduct research, design, prototype ideas, and validate product decisions using user feedback and data.
  • Express ideas and concepts through strong and clear visual/verbal communication skills and the ability to present those ideas to senior stakeholders.
  • Produce usable components for the cross-functional development teams to integrate into the product itself.
What we're looking for
  • Product Design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on mobile application design and/or administration tools.
  • Able to understand and follow a design system and contribute to it when necessary.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Experience leading design projects from concept to delivery.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
  • Strong skills in user research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing. Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and intuitive UX solutions.
  • Portfolio of product design highlighting strong user research, user experience design, interaction design, and visual design.
You might also have
  • Knowledge of the underlying web technologies approaches like HTML, CSS, JS, responsive design, React, and progressive enhancement is a plus.
  • Experience in designing for accessibility and inclusivity in game development tools.
  • Fluency in Korean and English is a plus
