What you'll be doing
  • Partner with APAC Sales teams to identify, qualify, and position Unity’s Customer Success products, including Support, Training, and Consulting, to drive customer adoption and retention.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and regional stakeholders to design and scope customised success solutions aligned with customer goals.
  • Track and report on Customer Success deal pipeline across the APAC region, providing insights that support forecasting and revenue growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with Enablement, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to execution.
  • Represent Customer Success in strategic customer discussions, sharing best practices and showcasing the value of Unity’s long-term engagement model.
What we're looking for
  • Proven ability to support sales teams in qualifying and positioning Customer Success, Support, Training, or Consulting offerings to enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS or real-time 3D (RT3D) technologies and how they enable digital transformation across industries.
  • Proficiency in managing and analysing sales pipelines using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated skill in building and delivering customer-facing presentations or proposals that align technical solutions to business outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating across regional and global teams to drive consistency and operational excellence in pre-sales activities.
You might also have
  • Familiarity with Unity’s ecosystem, real-time 3D workflows, or digital twin applications across industry and gaming sectors.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or government clients within the APAC region.
  • Knowledge of customer success methodologies or service delivery frameworks.
  • Exposure to professional training, consulting, or enablement program design.

  • Account Strategy: Segment accounts, establish account plans, and structure opportunities effectively while ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for driving ACV Revenue and consistently meeting Quarterly sales targets. Deliver accurate forecasting by developing a solid pipeline through defining opportunities and market potential, identifying sales leads, and working with internal teams.
  • Seek out projects, both planned and currently in development, and encourage the developers to adopt Unity and build the trusted relationship with business owners of customers.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Partner closely with internal technical pre- and post-sales teams, including Partner Managers, Solutions Engineers, Technical Architects, and Consultants to deliver optimal client solutions.
  • Growth Mindset: Foster a culture of ongoing learning, curiosity, and innovation within your day to day while addressing challenges creatively and proactively.
What we're looking for
  • 10+ years in software sales, subscription models, and/or SaaS platforms, with experience navigating competitive market environments.
  • Industry sales experience with technical software products, comfort level working with high-level executives: DX expertise in Manufacturing, High-Tech, AEC, and major industries in Korea.
  • Experience and Demonstrated record of maintaining and improving customer relationships in Enterprise business development(Samsung, LG, Hyundai, SK, etc.), major account management, or related areas.
  • Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and tools, with the ability to co-work with colleagues in consultative and strategic selling.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in using data and metrics for sales reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
You might also have
  • Highly motivated self-starter, strong business sense, good presentation skills, organizational skills, and planning skills.
  • A passion for coaching and mentoring team members across different career levels to foster professional development.

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Accounts Payable, ensure invoice processing and payments are accurate and within timeline.
  • Assist in VAT and Withholding tax filing, annual statutory audit
  • Responsible for Month-end AP closing tasks
  • Review and streamline AP operation process
  • Support system implementation projects, perform data validation and reconciliation etc.
What we're looking for
  • Relevant Accounts Payable experience with solid local tax knowledge, preferably in multinational companies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in order to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, large ERP system (Workday preferred)
  • Meticulous, task-oriented, team player, self-driven and independent, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines
