This role is focused on the successful retail operations of all inventory and data management systems. As Senior Manager, 3PL Distribution Centre Operations (Australia), you will have end-to-end accountability for all distribution centre operations across the Australian market.
You’ll oversee omni-channel fulfilment for B2B and B2C channels, including wholesale, retail, and e-commerce, by leading and optimising performance through multiple 3PL partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the execution of the 3PL strategy across all Australian distribution centres to deliver best-in-class omni-channel fulfilment
Manage end-to-end logistics operations covering warehousing, transportation, and fulfilment across wholesale, franchise, retail, and e-commerce channels
Develop and manage supply chain budgets including DC and transportation costs, ensuring alignment with cost targets, inflation assumptions, and 3PL rate structures
Ensure successful go-live and ongoing management of new multi-channel distribution facilities, coordinating with local, regional, and global stakeholders (3PL, engineering, IT, project teams)
Drive continuous improvement initiatives with 3PL partners focused on productivity, cost optimisation, and service enhancement
Manage inventory accuracy and reconciliation across systems (WMS, AFS), ensuring transparency, timely adjustments, and proactive stock visibility for Sales and Customer Service
