The Manager, Business Analytics ensures alignment between our GTM Sales Leaders, our Strategy and Business Operations leaders, and the various geographic and speedboat units. Specifically, the Manager, Business Analytics will liaison across various Go-to-Market enterprise-wide projects to ensure impactful design, timely delivery, tailored communications, and realized value for our Sellers. The role demands strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, and the ability to influence and drive cross-functional collaboration. Strategic Problem Solver: Structure and break down complex business problems, develop a hypothesis, drive analysis and deliver recommendations with a specific focus on readying the organization to maximize adoption for technology and process improvement transformations. Pressure test current processes and use first principles to design future state business processes to create operational efficiencies
Operator at Heart: translate company strategies into actionable plans. Support the development, coordination, and execution of key initiatives that drive organizational goals including streamlining processes to improve operational efficiency. Oversee parts of daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between teams and the execution of tasks that align with strategic objectives.
While no day will be the same, some key areas that you’ll find yourself consumed by include:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Develop, maintain, and optimize executive-ready dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau or Looker. This includes designing intuitive layouts, implementing advanced calculations, and ensuring optimal performance.
Utilize Advanced SQL proficiency to write complex, efficient queries across large, disparate datasets (e.g., in Google BigQuery) to extract and transform data for analysis. Build and manage foundational datasets and tables in Google BigQuery, focusing on robust schema design, data transformations, and comprehensive quality assurance (QA).
Business Insight & Strategy:
Own and interpret key GTM business KPIs (e.g., pipeline generation, bookings, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, win rates, and sales productivity metrics).
Convert data-driven insights and quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations that influence strategic decisions for senior GTM and Sales Operations leaders.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
Collaborate effectively with senior cross-functional leaders to understand business requirements and deliver relevant analytical solutions.
Showcase executive-quality presentation and packaging skills in platforms like Google Slides and Google Sheets to clearly communicate complex findings and strategic proposals to senior audiences.
Automation & AI Integration:
Familiarity or excitement to use AI day to day. Automating antiquated processes and supercharge productivity using our suite of AI tools.
Your Experience
10+ years relevant work experience in a top-tier tech strategy, sales operations, or sales finance functions
Strong proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Looker, ect), including executive dashboard design, advanced calculations, and performance tuning.
Expert-level SQL proficiency with a proven ability to write complex, performant queries on large datasets. Experience with GCP and Google BQ is preferred.
Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate strategy into execution: operator at heart.
High technical aptitude for understanding complex technologies, tools, systems, and issues to drive impact within the organization
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and use insights to inform business decisions leading to desired outcomes
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to own multiple commitments
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive results in dynamic & ambiguous environments

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, where you receive dedicated and personalized classes for your Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. Once you obtain your licenses, you will be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor – from acquiring, building and managing client relationships to considering a client’s complex financial picture and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives, all while humanizing financial interactions.
