  • Experience in project/program management with a focus on projects and distributed teams.
  • Experience with technology product life-cycle or localization.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Engineering or other relevant fields or a Professional Engineering (PE) license.
  • Experience navigating the regional utilities process for new electrical service and infrastructure growth.
  • Experience working in a global organization with various stakeholder groups.
  • Experience with Google's operational standards and project delivery methodologies.

The Role:
In this role you will:
· Implement wireless system architecture in silicon from system specification to chip specification to RTL to optimizing timing / power to chip level validation.
· Develop solutions optimizing customer experience (throughput, latency, and availability) while meeting power and cost constraints.
· Drive high quality designs for first-time right silicon solutions, and meeting the power objectives
· Create standalone verification test bench to verify the correctness of your block.
· Work with the verification team and participate in System level verification using test benches constructed using System Verilog, UVM, System C and/or DPI-C.
· Ensure that the block meets DFT, timing and power targets by working closely with the implementation team.
· Learn about requirements and solutions for systems operating in space
· Drive trade-off analysis to benefit customer experience and optimization of resources (costs, power, spectrum).Export Control Requirement:
Key job responsibilities
- Engage with architects and system engineers to drive hardware micro-architecture.
- Able to interpret reference models in MATLAB.
- Involve in control plane logic design and interfaces to bus fabrics.
- Explore and propose innovative ideas and work towards optimization of the modem.

Basic Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Communications Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
.7+ years of experience in digital logic design, preferably in DSP or communication systems.
· Experience in designing and implementing Digital Signal Processing (DSP) algorithms and systems in RTL.
· Ability to convert DSP algorithms into RTL code and optimize for performance, power, and area.


Preferred Qualifications

. Master's or Ph.D degree in Electrical / Communications Engineering.
· 10+ years of experience in micro-architecture development and RTL design, preferably in communication systems
· Familiarity with UVM and Matlab.
· Ability to write assertions and exposure to Formal verification

Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.Come solve the difficult and rewarding engineering challenges in developing a highly reliable, power efficient, performant, low-cost satellite bus and payload. As a Sr. PCBA Manufacturing Engineer, you will work across design engineering, supply-chain, quality, and our manufacturing partners to drive Project Kuiper electrical sub-system and PCBA manufacturing and delivery.Key job responsibilities- Drive the PCBA Manufacturing Qualification process at the CM. Define manufacturing readiness requirements and lead key milestone reviews to ensure all production readiness deliverables are complete.
- Investigate and develop new manufacturing technology and methodologies to enhance PCBA quality, reliability, throughput, and cost.
- Drive closure of all operational issues during pre-production builds. Work within Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Reliability Engineering to implement and optimize manufacturing processes and improve yields for production ramp.
- Investigate failures/defects in production, test, and integration. Identify and mitigate underlying root causes to prevent reoccurrence as part of continuous improvement efforts.
- Identify opportunities for risk reduction and simplification of PCBA manufacturing processes.
- Deliver manufacturing processes capabilities including equipment capability, quality controls, materials characterization, and standardized rework practices.
- Actively monitor the success of products and processes through production ramp. Provide regular status reports of PCBAs progress from design to production.
- Deploy and qualify polymerics (staking, underfill, and conformal coat) equipment for high volume production.
