Your Responsibilities Includes:

  • Product Demand Planning: Lead forecast development at the product family/SKU levels via collaboration with cross-functional partners; manage forecast system inputs and improve forecast accuracy/reduce forecast bias.
  • Facilitate monthly SI&OP process/meetings and create PowerPoint presentation decks for demand planning and net requirements; independently collaborate with global planning teams to understand drivers of build requirement changes and clearly communicate them to manufacturing or SFMD partners.
  • Identify and monitor performance to forecast by utilizing GSC key performance indicators and reporting tools.
  • Work closely with manufacturing partners in ensuring product build plans & delivery schedules are appropriately aligned to global inventory needs. Identify gaps between financial, production and consensus demand plans and collaborate with appropriate cross functional teams to mitigate the gaps.
  • Assist with and in some cases own team projects & other initiatives such as new product launches, end-of-life planning, distribution network changes and country expansions.
  • Contribute to the development of inventory plans. Monitor inventory performance to plan and target. Assist GSCM with the management of expired, excess, and obsolescence reserves.
  • Collaborates with Regional or Country Planners in ensuring their demand plans are accurate and inventory is appropriately managed/balanced across multiple DC sites.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of work experience in Supply Chain, Supply planning, Production, Inventory management or related functions
  • Working experience with systems such as MRP, SAP, ERP
  • Strong PC skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Consistently performs to a high level of accuracy and with a high attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and willing to accept new ideas, processes, and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills: able to efficiently use data to make good decisions.
  • Strong communication skills: able to present information to varying levels of an organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in the medical device or biotech industry
  • Preferred experience using SAP, Rapid Response/Kinaxis, or other ERP systems.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Finance, Distribution Centers, International offices, Suppliers, Manufacturing)

Maximum Salary: $ 121400

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

Compensation forexempt, non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

Job Description:

The role’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manages space allocation for multiple Intel sites across the United States and Canada in order to accommodate space and facility’s needs.
  • Develops strong business partnerships with customers to understand their space needs and negotiate optimal solutions.
  • Develops systematic processes, and utilizes systems and tools, for space capacity and inventory management.
  • Assesses and creates space plans for green field and brown field sites as well as in support of mergers, acquisitions and divestiture projects.
  • Establishes and maintains accurate records of space inventory, databases/maps and facilities layouts, and conducts capacity/utilization studies and space auditing.
  • Generates conceptual solutions that respond to spatial requirements, physical planning constraints, and corresponding IT, Human Resource and compliance requirements, and evaluates alternative scenarios against established criteria for success.
  • Drives the optimization of space utilization and facilities by analyzing data and aligning to business unit strategic objectives.
Qualifications:

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel's immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in related course of study
  • 5+ years of experience with space planning and/or campus strategic planning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in successful management of small projects as an owners representative.
  • Experience with engagement and performance management of outsourced suppliers and vendors.
  • Proven experience with planning and layout management tools including AutoCAD and Tririga
