The Strategic SAE is responsible for but are not limited to:

  • Provides technical expertise to commercial and consumer segment notebook and desktop sales account managers to drive future roadmap alignment, new design win opportunities and provides co engineering to drive product to production that results in billed revenue (sales in and/or sales through).
  • The focus will primarily be on N+1 up to N+3, N+4 client product generations, driving long term alignment and HP/Intel CTO office interactions.
  • Driving advanced co-engineering and co-innovation with HPI, defining unique differentiation, and securing consequently Intel preference within the customer's portfolio.
  • Exhibits deep knowledge of the product portfolio to drive sales for established Intel businesses and plant the seeds for growth in emerging businesses. Cultivates the relationship between Intel and customer teams to identify and develop new opportunities.
  • Develops product demonstrations for customers to gauge product capabilities, assists in product design and review during onsite visits, and ensures customer requirements are met.
  • Establishes relationship with customer teams to facilitate rapid resolution of customer issues and promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyzes data to answer questions, reproduce errors, and resolve or escalate customer issues.
