What you will accomplish:
  • Define, grow, and engage audiences for eBay Live — building strategies to grow customers across categories (channels, tactics, messaging, creative, etc).

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns , from awareness through conversion, ensuring a cohesive experience across paid, owned, and earned channels.

  • Lead a rigorous “test and learn” approach in paid media, identifying high-performing tactics and scaling them to achieve brand and business objectives.

  • Craft a compelling brand narrative for eBay Live, balancing the needs of diverse verticals with eBay’s overarching business goals.

  • Partner cross-functionally with internal marketing, product, design, research, communications, and category teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

  • Use insights and analytics to measure impact, identify opportunities, and continually refine audience and media strategies.

  • Manage and optimize budgets

What you will bring:
  • 10+ years of brand and/or growth marketing experience , including direct expertise in live shopping, livestream commerce, or interactive retail platforms .

  • Demonstrated success in audience definition, acquisition, and conversion across multiple verticals.

  • Proven ability to develop, test, and scale paid media strategies that drive measurable business impact.

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments.

  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior in live shopping contexts and how to engage diverse communities.

  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

Qualifications
  • 14+ years of progressive experience in global brand strategy, marketing, and creative leadership within high-growth or Fortune 500 organizations.

  • 7+ years in senior leadership roles managing multidisciplinary brand, design, and creative teams.

  • Demonstrated success driving brand transformation and leading large-scale global brand campaigns with quantifiable impact.

  • Expertise in brand positioning, narrative development, identity systems, tone of voice, and integrated marketing strategy.

  • Strong executive presence and influence, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and present confidently at the C-level.

  • Deep understanding of consumer research, brand health tracking, and campaign analytics.

The Private Wealth Strategist, part of Merrill’s Strategic Wealth Advisory Group, works with UHNW individuals and families to provide objective insights aimed at aligning financial and estate strategies with their goals. This is a highly visible position within Merrill Private Wealth Management (PWM) that works closely with Merrill advisors and PWM management in the assigned territories. The role partners with Merrill Advisors in client solicitation efforts and generating wealth transfer strategies for our UHNW clients and prospects. Develop recommendations and assist Advisors to implement customized planning strategies for UHNW families. Focus may be on transfer of inter-generational wealth, estate planning, diversification of a concentrated position, philanthropy, private planning business succession, risk management and retirement planning. May also author whitepapers, articles and other material on topics impacting the UHNW client segment, or provide service to clients. Assist with the retention of UHNW relationships.
