Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $212800 - $292600/yrThe offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. As a WMCA - ADP your journey begins by obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, where you will receive dedicated study time for your Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7, and Series 66 Exams. Your SIE, Series 7 & 66 must be obtained within 120 days; (63 & 65 accepted, in lieu of 66, if previously held). Once you obtain your licenses, you will be taught the foundational skills needed to be a WMCA - ADP.

This job is responsible for providing client service support to multiple FAs. Key responsibilities include supporting enterprise strategic objectives, operational excellence goals, and client advocacy within the FA’s business, while customizing solutions based on their specific needs. Job expectations include serving as the most frequent point of contact within Merrill to address all service needs of their clients and acting as a resource for FAs on the team.

  • Additional AV Components – Raritan (KVM), Box computers, NVX Endpoints, ChromeSticks, Analogway, 360 Cameras, Video conferencing codecs,
  • Support AV software – Ventuz, Light Key (Astera Lights, Titan Lights), AppSpace, Crestron, QSYS, Gitbash, OSC Designer, Chauvet lighting,
  • Support Lab specific hardware - MS HoloLens/Meta Quest headsets; 3D Printers
  • Operating System Support – Windows 10 & 11, Apple Mac OS (Both EY loadset and consumer) at an Intermediate Level
  • Knowledge in utilizing NAS capabilities and secure storage
  • Understand and interpret specialized network configurations (IE-enablement of AirCast for IOS devices on network)
  • Maintain on-site servers for event use (Value Creation Tool) – Windows Kiosk mode and Kiosk mode on iPads
  • Communicate and manage relationships with vendors
  • Able to analyze network issues and report appropriately to have addressed quickly (IE – cisco proprietary)
  • Track and resolves all related Incidents and Service Requests in Ticket Management System (ServiceNow); identify sources and trends of technical problems to prevent future occurrences
  • Under minimal supervision, provides after-hours service for escalated issues from the Service Desk, Team Lead or wavespace stakeholder
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the EY Technology organization and service offerings in order to identify how best to address end usertechnology needs and incidents
  • Understand the Firm’s business and organization sufficiently to anticipate and resolve end user technology issues that affect productivity of Firm personnel

Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:

  • Strong analytical skills are required to address end-user incidents escalated from a customer in the wavespace session or capability to anticipate and resolve an issue.
  • Decision making responsibilities are generally limited to addressing a single end-user issue; need to be able to prioritize incidents being worked on and communicate those priorities to end users as necessary

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer related field or equivalent work experience

Experience:

  • Approximately 3-5 years of experience in AV/end user technology support
  • Event support and live event management/production
  • Knowledge of AV industry standards highly recommended
  • Experience with cloud technology e.g. MS Azure is beneficial

Certification Requirements:

  • Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) or similar industry certifications desirable

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $60,400 to $109,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $72,500 to $124,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Your Experience

  • 3+ years of field sales experience focusing on key customer accounts and delivering value to Enterprise or Major-level accounts in the cybersecurity industry.

  • Extensive platform selling experience in complex sales with multiple buying centers.

  • Experience selling SIEM, EDR, XDR, SOC and SOAR solutions is highly preferred.

  • Established trusted relationships with CIOs and CISOs with the ability to influence and drive strategic conversations

  • Expertise in applying complex solution sales methodologies to drive results.

  • Experience working with channel partners and a deep understanding of a channel-centric go-to-market strategy.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment while collaborating effectively with sales engineers and cross-functional teams.

  • Experience operating in a continuous adoption, expansion, and upsell sales motion within a matrixed sales organization is preferred

  • Willingness to travel domestically as necessary to meet business needs.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $212800 - $292600/yrThe offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
