  • Manage Material Master independently to follow Key user activities (e.g., RFC creation / SAP mini release / regression test / UAT for master relevant project) for material master area.
  • Continuously refine and maintain manuals to support the reliable and enduring execution of master operations.

  • Business Capabilities: Commercial awareness, customer focus, understanding HR strategy, understanding business and key processes
  • Coaching and consulting capabilities: Brokering solutions to meet business needs, ability to offer HR solutions to the business, trusted advisor, small group facilitation, coaching skills, project management experience and delivery

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to drive alignment and successful execution of HR priorities.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives to support organizational growth, and workforce transformations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure HR projects align with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and company policies, mitigating risks related to compliance and employee relations through partnership with Legal and Compliance teams.
  • Resource & Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure the success of HR initiatives, leveraging insights to continuously refine strategies.

Required:
