Your Experience

  • Expertise in applying complex solution sales methodologies to drive results.

  • Experience working with channel partners and a deep understanding of a channel-centric go-to-market strategy.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment while collaborating effectively with sales engineers and cross-functional teams.

  • Experience operating in a continuous adoption, expansion, and upsell sales motion within a matrixed sales organization is preferred

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $212800 - $292600/yrThe offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:

  • Strong analytical skills are required to address end-user incidents escalated from a customer in the wavespace session or capability to anticipate and resolve an issue.
  • Decision making responsibilities are generally limited to addressing a single end-user issue; need to be able to prioritize incidents being worked on and communicate those priorities to end users as necessary

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $60,400 to $109,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $72,500 to $124,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
