We are looking to add a Senior Technical Program Manager to support our software development efforts. You will pair with technical leads to plan and execute a continuous stream of small projects that support the software build-out and development of automation capabilities to fabricate and operate our quantum hardware. The projects a successful candidate will work on span a broad range of topics, including the development and implementation of new of tools to ingest data, accelerate testing, streamline and automate operations. These projects do not work on the actual quantum hardware, but rather are meant to drive efficiency, and accelerate our hardware development effort. This role will operate in an environment with a high degree of ambiguity, where the scope and deliverables are fluid, but where a successful applicant can navigate these challenges to make detailed plans and negotiate resources across a matrixed organization. Given the diversity of projects, a successful applicant will have an opportunity to gain familiarity with all aspects of hardware development and testing for quantum computing, and thus will require a capability to multitask paired with an innate curiosity to dive deep.You will partner with other TPMs and work across team boundaries and project lines to identify and unblock resource conflicts. You will leverage your experience in managing complex technical programs to make data-informed decisions at a programmatic level. In this role, you will also support the definition of technical project management standards across the Center of Quantum Computing. Additionally, as an experienced project manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping our general project management practices across the organization. Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent

- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
- 5+ years of experience interfacing with software/hardware teams in an academic or R&D space.

How you’ll spend your day

  • The Senior Regional Manager leads a team of BRAMs that are responsible for creating successful partnerships between Teva and identified customers to promote Teva's product portfolio of biosimilar products
  • Responsible for contributing to the achievement of TEVA’s overall annual business objectives
  • Clarifies and sets team objectives/expectations, formulates and executes a strategy to ensure performance targets are met/exceeded.
  • Provides guidance/coaching in the creation and development of account plans, execution of plans through effective coordination, collaboration and communication. Monitors account plans to ensure objectives and performance targets are achieved.
  • Coaches BRAMs on understanding external environmental forces, and emerging trends that affect the healthcare, biotechnology industries and Teva’s markets, products, and operations.

Your experience and qualifications

Education/Certification/Experience:

Compensation Data

The annual starting salary for this position is between $148,000 – $194,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

1. Identify opportunities where inhouse developed software can streamline our internal hardware and software workflows.
2. Develop requirement documents that translate customer needs into software workable solutions.
3. In collaboration with our software managers develop plans (including identifying resources) to develop our internal software platforms.
4. Support the internal roll-out and adoption of these tools.
5. Compile customer feedback and use this to drive incremental improvements of existing software tools.About the team

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- 7+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering
- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
- 5+ years of experience interfacing with software/hardware teams in an academic or R&D space.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications

- Master's or PhD in a relevant topic (computer science, math, physics, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to implement both agile and traditional ‘waterfall’ project management practices.
- Demonstrated ability to dive deep in at least one engineering domain other than software.
- Experience in the application of machine learning and AI tools to improve or automate a design, production, or testing processes in an industrial context.
- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures, ideally based on Amazon Web Services.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with the layers of the quantum computing stack and the quantum devices lifecycle would be an advantage.
