Your experience and qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Full time documented business to business sales experience preferred
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience required, experience in psychiatric therapeutic areas required
  • Record of successfully achieving sales goals and building effective customer relationships
  • Experience successfully launching products in the psychiatric space across multiple settings of care
  • Ability to interact with customers in live and virtual environments and proficiency with technology
  • Understanding of reimbursement coverage and pull through strategies as well as experience in all pertinent settings of business (CMHC, specialty pharmacy, private practice)
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing preferred Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience calling on community mental health centers (CMHC) is a plus
  • Ability to travel as required, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel
  • Valid US driver's license and acceptable driving record required

Compensation data

The annual starting salary for this position is between $88,000 – 170,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

This job is responsible for facilitating a direct end-to-end relationship with one or more Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) to manage and grow both domestically and globally within an assigned portfolio. Key responsibilities include supporting all activities from sale through implementation and coordinating the Client Management Process (CMP) by focusing on client acquisition and deepening existing relationships. Job expectations include partnering with product specialists and service partners by making recommendations and creating customized treasury solutions that meet client needs.

The Treasury Sales Associate role will be partnered with MM Treasury Sales Officer(s) (TSO) focused on developing strategies to grow revenue domestically and globally. Key accountabilities include: independent focus of treasury sales opportunities, supporting all activities from sale through implementation, ongoing client relationship management, overall driving and attainment of Treasury revenue goals.

To be successful in the role, TSAs must maintain and build a strong client focus, and awareness and understanding of the bank and operational aspects of the products and services used by clients in addition to possessing good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

  • Develop strategies to grow revenue and increase treasury product penetration

  • Complete price/cost benefit analysis models; work with TSOs for standard and non-standard pricing

  • Support TSO on large scale opportunities and deepen relationships at lower half of portfolio with guidance from TSOs; includes in person client calling

  • Assist TSOs in relationship planning, gathering information regarding clients and prospects

  • Support activities in coordination with IA from sale - implementation, onboarding and training

  • Complete industry research on clients and prospects; client opportunity analysis

  • Ensure escalated service issues are properly managed with the right resources

  • Prepare analysis and presentation materials for all client meetings

  • Complete card agreements and gather documentation from various areas of the bank in order to submit for implementation

Job Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of B2B sales and/or client service experience in a financial services environment; preferred candidates will have Treasury experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience; preferred candidates will have a degree in Business (Finance, Marketing, etc.)
