- 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience in program management in sales operations, sales compensation, sales analytics and reporting.
Preferred qualifications:- 10 years of experience in program management in sales operations, sales compensation, sales analytics and reporting.
- Experience with annual Go-To-Market planning (e.g., quota setting and territory management).
- Experience working cross-functionally with finance, sales, and marketing teams in consumer hardware.
- Experience with sales incentive program launch and sales incentives planning cycle.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to convey ideas and data conclusions in a simple manner.
