The Credit Officer II role is a highly skilled resource, providing expert level advisory guidance in the most complex, integrated debt capital solutions for commercial banking clients. Products include lines of credit, term loans, real estate loans, and syndicated loans. The CO manages all of the ancillary credit exposure to clients. The CO maintains knowledge of other BofA products including Investment Banking and Treasury Management that have credit exposure, and leverages product expertise to deliver the best possible and optimally integrated strategic solution for the client or prospect. This role reports to the Commercial Credit Manager or Executive and will be aligned to an Underwriting Team that supports the market.
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with Client Management teams to perform analysis of credit opportunities and prospects at the bank
Manages client and prospect originations including initial credit structuring, underwriting, legal documentation review, and deal closing
Delivers on data accuracy and quality of underwriting metrics in compliance with internal policies and procedures
Monitors assigned portfolios of client loan maturities and collaborates with Analysts to continuously recognize and address risks in a timely manner
Escalates and debates deteriorating assets in partnership with the Special Assets Group and Risk as appropriate
Participates in Regional and Market meetings to communicate credit delivery best practices and results

This job is responsible for originating loans for clients with residential mortgage needs and is the primary lending specialist working full time within the financial center. Key responsibilities include delivering First Mortgage and HELOC lending products in person or by telephone and providing products such as Auto Loans, Credit Cards and Core Banking products. Job expectations include effectively balancing sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care.
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since this position requires SAFE Act registration, employees are required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. • Presents potential home lending product solutions, submits the mortgage application, assists clients with gathering supporting loan documentation, and keeps clients informed throughout the mortgage loan process through outbound calls, email, and online messaging
• Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conducts consistent follow-up routines to meet client needs
• Responds to client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal partners based on client needs
• Partners with financial center leaders, performance managers, and market leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to financial center associates regarding delivery of an exceptional client experience

• The Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) will be responsible for managing and aggressively growing treasury revenue across a portfolio of Large Corporate GIG clients. He or she will partner with Corporate Bankers, Trade, Liquidity, Investment, Foreign Exchange partners and others across the enterprise to develop customized treasury solutions that meet client objectives.
• The TSO will focus on growth of new and underpenetrated client relationships and expansion of existing relationships.
• The TSO will be accountable for revenue growth, profitability, client planning, client calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and proposal/presentation development/delivery.

The UW is responsible for underwriting and structuring of credit transactions. The UW is able to underwrite credit transactions with minimal oversight from the Credit Officer (CO) and also approves complex credit transactions with some coaching from the CO/Commercial Credit Manager (CCM). The UW leads the credit approval process with assistance from the CCM as needed for clients without CO coverage and is an active participant with the CO in credit approval process for complex clients/transactions. UWs may call on credit clients and prospects in partnership or independently with the RM and/or CO as appropriate. Provides ongoing management and primary accountability for a portion of the monitoring and maintenance activities on an assigned portfolio or market, including a higher composition of complex client relationships. They monitor clients operating performance and financial condition to proactively identify issues and opportunities. They deliver financial, industry, economic and other analysis to facilitate decision making, while also ensuring adherence to credit policies, guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements. The UW's provide ongoing coaching and support to other Credit team members. They report to CCM and partner closely with COs.

Responsibilities:
