  • Partner with the core sales team to align customer strategies and engagements with Cortex and Cloud business objectives.

  • Take full ownership of leading strategic sales campaigns, sales forecasting, utilizing in-depth knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through procurement.

  • Engage in deep technical discussions beyond standard sales presentations and pitches; while translating complex technical cybersecurity solutions into clear business value propositions for customers.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers, to provide tailored customer-centric solutions.

  • Partner with Alliances to develop joint strategies, enhance customer engagement and deliver innovative solutions for existing and prospective clients.

  • Travel domestically as needed to meet with customers and attend key business events.

Your Experience

  • 3+ years of field sales experience focusing on key customer accounts and delivering value to Enterprise or Major-level accounts in the cybersecurity industry.

  • Extensive platform selling experience in complex sales with multiple buying centers.

  • Experience selling SIEM, EDR, XDR, SOC and SOAR solutions is highly preferred.

  • Established trusted relationships with CIOs and CISOs with the ability to influence and drive strategic conversations

  • Expertise in applying complex solution sales methodologies to drive results.

  • Experience working with channel partners and a deep understanding of a channel-centric go-to-market strategy.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment while collaborating effectively with sales engineers and cross-functional teams.

  • Experience operating in a continuous adoption, expansion, and upsell sales motion within a matrixed sales organization is preferred

  • Willingness to travel domestically as necessary to meet business needs.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $212800 - $292600/yrThe offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. You will work firsthand with our valued customers to address their complex post–sales concerns where analysis of situations or data requires an in–depth evaluation of many factors. You're a critical thinker in understanding the methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. You'll enjoy networking with key contacts outside your own area of expertise, with a strong capability of detailing difficult technical issues to both non–technical and technical professionals.

You will regularly participate in technical discussions with multi–functional teams, creating an environment of transparency that ultimately leads to better products, better working environments, and better cybersecurity. Your quick thinking and support to our clients provides the fast assistance they need to keep their environments secure - which means you'll need to move quickly, thoughtfully, and provide technical assistance as needed (often, in high pressure situations).

Your Impact

  • Provide post sales technical support, configurations, troubleshooting, and standard methodologies to customers via phone, e–mail, and web
  • Remote support, deployment and knowledge transfer
  • Handle support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow–ups finished in a timely manner
  • Use fault isolation and root cause analysis skills to diagnose and tackle complicated technical issues
  • Work to reproduce customer issues and qualify critical issues
  • Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other user documentation in the Knowledge Base
  • Build a positive customer experience by working closely with Development, Sales, Quality Assurance, and Marketing
  • Responsible for reviewing user documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, problem solving guides, etc.
  • Travel may be required to customer sites in the event of a critical situation to expedite resolution
  • Work shoulder to shoulder with the Sales and Sales Engineering Teams

Your Experience

  • BS/MS or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience required
  • 5+ years of deep technical knowledge and technical support with a strong customer focus or related experience
  • Advanced certifications such as CCIE/JNCIE/ CISSP– an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strength with establishing relationships
  • Ability to independently debug broad, complex, and unparalleled networks with mixed media and protocols required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently and in a team
  • Self–disciplined, self–managed, self–motivated and strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
  • Passionate to learn, understand, and dissect new technology stack quickly on own
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
  • Profound knowledge in networking protocols such as – TCP/IP, BGP4 (multi–homing), OSPF (multi–area), ISIS, Multicast, VOIP
  • Expert working knowledge in the operation of Ethernet LAN switching protocols and standards including, VLANs, VLAN aggregation
  • Experience with security (IPSEC, SSL–VPN, NAT, GRE)
  • Prior experience in similar vendor Technical Support Centers
  • Experience with Authentication Protocols a plus (Radius / TACACS)
  • Strong history of deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting multi–vendor (Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper, Fortinet) firewall environments – PANW firewalls and VM–Series – A plus
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical issues to both technical and non–technical audiences, and explain their impact on business

Basic Qualifications

- High school or equivalent diploma

- 4+ years experience in a fast-paced production environment with Flight Hardware
- 4+ years of hand on experience with precision torque, measurement and inspection devices (i.e., automated and manual torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical inspection devices, multi-meters, torque wrenches)


Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years prior leadership experience, to include leading teams, projects or people
- Experience bringing teams and processes from development to production
- Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) certification/license
- Able to read, interpret and work from engineering documentation and/ or drawings
- Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment
- Previous military service a plus
