- Manage daily operations of material flow to the line, and finished goods outbound to the customers
- Govern, and ensure core KPI targets are met in safety, quality, productivity, cost and delivery
- Ensure on-time delivery of parts and material to the manufacturing lines and outbound shipments to customers
- Manage warehouse inventory and material flow processes to optimal levels and drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy
- Lead efforts to optimize space and manpower, while ensuring downstream customer satisfaction
- Assertively solve daily problems by applying Tesla problem-solving methodology to identify root causes, drive countermeasures and prevent repeat issues
- Develop strategic partnerships with production and functional leadership to influence positive change across the Megafactory site
- Lead and develop a technical team, including engineers and technicians, for the purposes of maintaining fixed/mobile conveyance, rack/returnable fleets, local PIT and semi truck production control equipment
- Lead continuous improvement activities, including rapid improvement events, to drive continuous improvements
- Conduct daily safety, and process audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance to standard work
- 7+ years in a material handling, production control and/or warehouse distribution in a leadership role
- Minimum requirement of 2 years as a PC Manager in a high volume, automated manufacturing facility or high scale, automated logistics operation
- Experience in warehouse management, inventory management, internal conveyance, and yard flow
- Experience working cross-functionally with Production, Finance, Global Supply Chain and Logistics
- Ability to maintain a safe work environment by establishing and enforcing operational standards and procedures
- Proven ability to effectively lead and mentor people to achieve great things
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and proven ability to deploy lean concepts
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills with effective strength in MS Office apps for data analysis and presentation
- Enthusiastic, eager, and ready for all challenges

- 5+ years’ experience of production and opertions leadership with LEAN Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
- Experience and thorough knowledge of production systems and processes
- Experience managing teams of people in a production environment as well as hiring and developing new team members in a production environment
- Experience with broad variety of measurement and inspection techniques
- Ability to work with and develop production performance metrics (safety, quality, delivery & costs)

- Operate and monitor all HVAC, Hydronic, and other utility equipment in a 24hr production facility to ensure reliable service to all areas of the site. Systems include: Chilled water, Heating water, Compressed Air, Medium Voltage Electrical distribution, VOC abatement, chemical delivery, and chemical recovery systems
- Ensure systems operate reliably to avoid manufacturing/facility (or operations) impacts by meeting uptime goals Provide support for new equipment installation, startup, commissioning, and sustaining operations
- Identify and implement opportunities to achieve lowest cost of ownership to key stakeholders while maintaining reliability. (Results are delivered through the application of engineering skills and tools)
- Own safety within area of influence
- Oversight of planning, design, reconfiguration, construction, maintenance, and modifications to equipment, machinery, facilities systems, buildings, and structures as required to support business requirements
- Troubleshoot alarms and instrument readings that fall outside of normal operating parameters
- Improve the reliability of equipment and systems through statistical validation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or related field or 4 years of equivalent work experience
- Must understand basic mechanical, electrical, SCADA and automated controls system operations
- Open to schedule flexibility that will allow for a variety of shifts, including days, nights, or weekends as needed
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare and present reports and/or PowerPoint type presentations is essential
- Excellent computer skills using the Microsoft Office platform (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.)
- Competency in using most of the following software tools is desirable: Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks
- Wearing Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to: safety glasses, safety shoes, bump caps, and adhering to prescribed safety rules and guidelines
- Ability to wear a full-face air-purifying respirator while performing mildly or moderately exertional tasks for 4 consecutive hours, up to 12 hours per day
- Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for 10+ hours per day. Lift at least 10 lbs on a regular basis, perform repetitive hand and wrist motions and sometimes may have to twist and bend body, ability to climb ladders/stairs, work in loud environment. Must be able to discern audible alarms
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time, including but not limited to: Stoop, lay, bend, reach, squat, kneel, crouch, twist, and crawl for extended periods of time. Climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding or other high structures. Ability to find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, and hearing. Demonstrated ability to handle and manipulate tooling, quickly and accurately during new hire training and maintaining ability throughout employment. Potential exposure to confined spaces and hazardous materials

- 5+ years of industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering experience
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive projects with diverse teams in a manufacturing environment
- Experience quantifying and solving ambiguous problems at a systems level
- Extensive detailed analysis experience to make data-driven decisions and summarize results for executives
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with layouts in AutoCAD
