You will be a technical leader who will deliver features and capabilities that app developers will use to build world class experiences for Amazon customers. You will be part of an agile development team following innovative best practices in software development where you’ll write code, use Agentic AI, work on technical designs and architecture. We are building the tools to measure and solve app performance problems, enabling you to interact with product teams to gather requirements, to provide technical solutions that are required for next generation products. One of the important aspects of the role is to develop the best and build a truly unique Agentic AI based performance tooling product to deliver the best app performance and development experience.
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

You will be eligible to be considered for bonuses under either Western Digital’s Short Term Incentive Plan (“STI Plan”) or the Sales Incentive Plan (“SIP”) which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance, depending on your role and your performance. You may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan. RSU awards are also available to eligible new hires, subject to Western Digital’s Standard Terms and Conditions for Restricted Stock Unit Awards.
