What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Work with operation inventory control teams to coordinate cycle count programs across all warehouses/locations
- Monitor inventory accuracy to enable regular operational/finance reviews by Tesla executives
- Review inventory reconciliations and flux analysis related to all inventory worldwide, including raw material, WIP, 3PL management
- Provide monthly/quarterly directions on requirements of cycle count programs and recommend physical inventory counts requirement
- Collaborate cross functionally, to answer questions related to inventory and operational processes from all departments
- Recommend and prepare journal entires as needed from inventory analysis
- Support the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure accurate tracking of inventory and appropriate inventory levels
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 2+ years’ experience in Accounting, with relevant experience of inventory and COGS analysis or audit
- Knowledge of supply chain, receiving, inventory flow, operations process and manufacturing principles
- Ability to multi-task and drive actions to completion under strict deadlines
- Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Excel skills and the ability to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data
- Knowledge of SQL preferred

- 3 years of experience handling hazardous materials (chemicals, resists, slurries, and gas tanks, etc.) and relevant safety regulations.
- 3 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain in the semiconductor industry.
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts, including weekdays/weekends; specific shifts will be discussed during the hiring process.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of inventory management experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in III-V compound semiconductor wafer fabrication.
- Experience with import/export regulations, compliance, and international logistics and supply chain.
- Experience applying lean manufacturing principles to optimize inventory management.
